>Christina's POV<
I heard my phone ringing so I went to the kitchen, where I thought I had left my phone. I couldn't find it there, but I heard my oldest daughter talking to someone in the living room.
I stood in the doorway. There was my daughter, with my phone.
"Who is there?" She asked.
"Sweety, what are you doing with my phone?"
"Someone called you, mommy."
"Who?"
"What are you called again?" My daughter said. "Her name is Lauren." She turned to the phone again. "She says she is your sister mommy. You don't have any sisters right?"
I felt a tear falling from my eye, on my cheek. "Lauren?"
"You know her?" My daughter looked curious.
"What? No, I don't. Eh, go upstairs to your room will you. Give me my phone."
My daughter gave me my phone and hopped away. I brought the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I asked, my voice was shaking.
>Lauren's POV<
It's Christina. I was so excited, my big sister!
"Christina, it's me Lauren. I need you to listen to me. I have a big surprise for you, the biggest one you will ever get."
"I am not in the mood for surprises." She said in a cold voice.
Christina, you are not the only one. I think no one is, even after all these years. They clearly don't want any surprises from me. Maybe I should give it differently..
"No, I don't mean a surprise. I just need to talk to you. With all the others, I got them together. Please, you need to come. You will regret forever if you don't come."
"Lauren, I don't want to. I need to take care of my kids."
"Nick is there! You need to come!" Christina didn't say anything. I got very angry. "You left us all alone when you realised Emily wasn't coming back! The least you can do now is come to our reunion!"
"Lauren, I already told you. I have started my own life."
I heard Emily sobbing behind me. I know it must be hard for Christina, but it will be harder for Emily if we don't get all the sisters together. We couldn't get to talk to Lisa, now Christina..
"Well, Christina, I can tell you, Emily has heard everything! I don't think she actually wants to see you anymore!"
"Emmi, Emily is there?"
"Yes Christina! But, don't worry, you don't have to come."
"No! Lauren! I am sorry!"
"Friday afternoon, around five. Be there, and be nice, if you ever want me to look at you again." With that said, I hung up. I turned around to Emily.
"Hey, I think she is coming. Now just hope Lisa received our messages."
Emily smiled at me. I sat down next to her on the couch.
"Lauren.." Emily said shy.
"Yes?"
"I have really missed you and I am glad we found each other." She laid her head on my lap.
"I love you, Emmi." I stroke her forehead.
"Lauren, Can I please live with you?"
"What about Ann?"
Emily sat up and looked a bit sad. "She moved to Michigan two years ago, back to her ex."
"Didn't you go with her?"
"No, I wanted to stay here."
"So you have been living alone for two years?"
"Well, I wouldn't have met you if I went with her."
"That's right."
I looked at my watch, it was already six o'clock. We have been busy the whole day with finding numbers and contacting our sisters. I was a bit hungry but didn't feel like cooking.
"Emmi? How about going out for dinner tonight? I don't really feel like cooking."
"That would be great, Lauren."
