Drama Rises

Chapter 11

"Hello, who are you and why are you in my nieces apartment?" I heard someone say. I have heard that voice before but I can't tell who it is. It's a females voice. I decided to get up to see who it is.. Oh my gosh. She's back. I wonder what she's doing here. I thought she went to Florida with the rest of my family.. She walks right into my apartment.

"Hey Heather.. How have you and Brayden been since I was gone?" My Aunt Melanie asked me.

"We've been good.. What are you doing here though?" I asked her as I stood up still holding Brayden and I let Miya go.

"I came to get Brayden back and bring him to Florida. I have a house and his room is all set up. All of the rooms are. And I also came here to check on you."

"Well I'm fine. And ok, so when do you plan for you two to leave?"

"In an hour the plane leaves so we have to get his stuff and go now because the lines are probably long and it'll take a while to get there."

"Oh ok". Me and Lew get all of Brayden's stuff together and we put it in her car. Well all of the stuff that he is attached to. The rest of the stuff she bought down in Florida so she has no use for it, so I'm just gonna sell it.

When they left, part of me was relieved that I don't have to worry about a baby anymore, but the rest of me is sad because I had gotten so used to taking care of him and holding him and rocking him to sleep. Oh well, I'll get over it. The next few days were pretty boring.

*next sunday*

"We have school tomorrow. Are you gonna go?" Lew asked me.

"Yea, I am gonna go." I told him.

"Yay."

*the next day*

I had to get up at 6:45 in order to have enough time to get ready for school and get out to the bus stop by 7:30, south bend time that is. So I get to the bus stop at 6:30 school time. So it is still dark out here. I'm out here and there are two other kids that wait for the bus here but they are middle schoolers.

"Hey kaite" I said to the girl, her name is Kaite and she is in 7th grade this year I think.

"Hey Heather!" Kaite said.

"Hey Elsa." I said to the boy, I don't remember his name but he says the snow doesn't bother him and he goes to school everyday during the winter and he misses some days when there's no snow.

"Hey bitch." he replies, typical Elsa right there...

*at school*

I walk into the school and over to the lockers where Lew was waiting for me like he usually does when I come to school.

"Hey boo" I say as I hug him.

"Hey baby" he replies as he hugs me back.

"I love you"

"Love you too baby"

For some reason me and Lew were the only ones there at the moment. We were the only ones there until the bell rang at 7:15 school time. Which is when we part and explain to our teachers why we were late, well that's when he explains, the teachers don't know Brayden's gone so I'm still excused.

I walked around the lockers to get to my first hour class, I have Geography. I walk in the door and I go to my seat.

"Oh, hey Heather, glad you're back." Mr. Kinzie said to me.

"Hey" I replied. I'm glad I'm back at school. I've missed it.
