Rachel had so much on her mind while sitting in her first period (English) class the day after the Glee Club meeting. Her heart kept telling her that Finn should know the truth about Quinn's pregnancy but her mind said Finn would get angry, kick a few chairs then leave Glee club.
But another reason she should tell him is because once, Finn did show interest in her romantically when she used to go to McKinley back in their Freshman year...

~Flashback~

Finn Hudson had joined the Glee club to be the strong male vocalist that the club could use to make them more powerful. Also, it could make them more popular with Finn being one of the most popular guys in school.
It was reaching the end of the year and Rachel already setting up her plans to get to LA. She had won an online talent contest where the winners were being put in a girl group. The group is called Little Mix and she was heading to LA over the summer, meet up with her bandmates and will be spending the next year being taught by tutors while promoting Little Mix.
Finn and her had become the leads with their amazing duets and great chemistry. Rachel was crushing pretty hard on him though. He liked her too.
They were practicing a duet to end the year with in the auditorium. Alone.

Finn and Rachel are so close now that Finn leans down and kisses her.
They part after a while and are both in shock.
"Wow." Finn says quietly.
Rachel sighs, "Finn, you should know I am leaving."
"Where?" Finn asks.
"LA."
"Why? Glee club need you."
"I won an online talent contest and I'm going to LA to perform in a girl group called Little Mix."
"I'll miss you." Finn says, grabbing her hands.
"I'll miss you too. Don't forget me. Please." Rachel says and kisses his cheek. She then walks quickly out of the auditorium, tears threatening to pour down her cheeks.

~End of Flashback~

"Rachel? Ms Berry, are you listening?" Her teacher, Ms Montgomery brings her back to the present.
"Yes, yes. I'm listening Ms Montgomery." Rachel says, blinking eyes to bring her back from her day dream.
"Just because you're famous Ms Berry, you can't just get away with day dreaming in my class." Ms Montgomery says and returns to her lecture.
