Newt's POV.
As Raven lay there unconscious I just stare. I can't believe that this would happen to Raven, my Raven... I can't help but think that she's going to or already is dieing inside.
She hasn't looked peaceful for the past three hours, I got up from my seat and walked over next to her and grabbed her hand and held it. My eyes became heavy with tears as I replay the images that felt like seconds ago.
I look down at Raven and hold her face with my other hand.
"I'm so sorry..." I say crying beside her arm I take her hand and kiss it.
"Newt?" I hear a shakey voice asks I look up to see Raven looking down at me with a tear rolling down her cheek.
"Are you alri-"
I inturrupt her from implanting my lips to hers. I feel a tear roll down her cheek and I wipe it away with my thumb.
I pull away as her eyes begin to fill with tears. I sigh as she sits up and we cry on top of each other's shoulders her face buried and soaking my shirt I didn't mind.
"Newt I can't breath." Raven says through sobs.
"I know, I know." I say holding her closer to me. I look at her into her bloodshot eyes and wipe a tear falling.
I can't take it, she doesn't deserve this, it hurts I know.
"My Raven, my Raven." I whisper
"I love you." I whisper again and kiss the top of her head.
"Newt love is just a word." She replies before we kiss once again.
