A couple days ago, we found a dead rat in the Physics room. *Cringes*
We'd been smelling dead, decomposing matter for a couple days, so some of my friends decided to look around for the source. As a sort of joke, I opened the cabinet next to my desk and saw the dead rat body just before I was hit by the smell. (Oh God, the smell. It still hasn't quite cleared out yet, and might have made one of my friend's headaches worse. You know what, I'm just glad that we found it and got to go to the computer lab.) (I hadn't been expecting silly me to find it... No... *Shakes*)
It was funny though, because I was like, "Guys, I found the rat..." And Rui walked by and looked in the storage room next to it and was like, "Yeah, it's definitely stronger here." So then I was like, "THERE'S A DEAD RAT BODY" and she and Fishy saw it and freaked.
But it was so grooooss. Apparently there were maggots in it. Luckily for me I didn't see them because I didn't get a close look.
Zena saved us all with her forethought, though. Earlier she'd given me this kinda strong Pomegranate hand sanitizer -'Emergency Stache' and it basically saved our noses and stomachs. We were putting it on our hands and sniffing it so that we wouldn't smell as much dead rat. I nearly barfed because of prolonged exposure to rat smell when trying to close the cabinet *Teary laugh* (I wasn't the only one either)
Dead rats= Fine
Smelly Days-Dead Rats= Not Okay
