I am in Sartaj's room with all of my cousins. Riaz, Aabid, Arif, Bashir, Abbas, Sabir, Madiha, Shabnam, Aisha, Heena, Irfan and of course Faiz. Ugh
We all were talking and playing game. It feels like we all are kids again and our childhood is back.
But i know it was for a little while. Because now everyone have their own lives.
We meet and hang out but its not like when we were children because back then all we have to do was play and hang out with each other.
Abbas is married and soon to be father. Riaz, Salman and Sartaj are studying.
Bashir and Arif are doing engineering. Aisha Mahida and Shabnam are in high school And aabid and Heena we'll be married soon so its like everyone is busy in their lives.
"Guys Remember when you all almost burn the house?" Abbas said laughingly
"Oh yeah i remember we were in kitchen and trying to cook" Madiha replied
"Hahahaha yes. if saara mami didn't came on time we probably have blast the whole house and killed ourselves" Riaz said in between laugh
Everyone is laughing remembering all the things we did when we were little.
"I will never forget when we were playing in backyard and Sahiba hit faiz with cricket bat" Salman said everyone starts to laugh except for me and faiz
"Oh cmon it was nothing serious. It didn't hurt him" i said annoyingly
"Omg yeah how can we forget. I mean sahiba hit him but didn't hurt him it was nothing serious but after that they both fight like they are in boxing ring" Heena said and again everyone burst into laugh
"Yeah something never change. I think it happen more than 10 years ago and now they are not kids anymore but they still fight like kids" Aabid said try to breathe bc of laughing
"12 years ago!!" Faiz said and after a pause he continue "It happened 12 years ago. And yeah you are right somethings and some people never change. Some people are love to hit people even when they were kids" faiz said while looking into his phone
God seriously why he is so weird. Like as he said it happened 12 years ago and he is still playing the victim.
Ughhh i wish i could hit him again but this time a lil more harder.
"Seriously? It was a long time ago. And it didn't even harm you. So please stop acting like a victim." I said with anger
"Oh hoo yes it happened a long time ago but you are still the same." He said taking his eyes off the phone and looking at me
"God you are monster and not just a monster. A very annoying idiot monster" i told him
"Guys guys please stop it" Shabnam said
"Well everything is changed except for one thing their fighting" Sartaj said sit next to me
"Yeah you are right. Cmon guys whats wrong you??" Heena yelled
Ouch. our fighting really piss her off
"But he-" i tried to say but was cut off by my masi Rihana
"HELLO EVERYONE. EID MUBARAK" Rihana masi screamed in excitement
"Hey same to you." Some of the boys said
I ran to Rihana masi she was standing on the door. And hugged her
"Eid mubarak masi. OMG IQRA HELLO BABY when did you get there?" I said as i take iqra in my hands
Aw she is so cute. Everyone came and meet Rihana Masi as I was playing with iqra heena and aisha join me.
Rihana masi have very good bonding with everyone because she is almost our age and she is really cool.
"Almost a hour ago"
"Masi you ana Iqra are looking so pretty specially my little baby iqra" she said and press a little kiss on iqra's cheek
"Thank you. you are gorgeous that outfit really compliments you" Rihana masi said smilingly
"Thank yo-"
"Cmon Masi when did you start to lie" Faiz cut me off and said
"Listen now im not talking to you so just leav-"
"Stop it both of you. Everyone lets go downstairs its dinner time" masi announced
We all went down. It was little dark outside. Me Madiha and aisha went kitchen.
"Cmon girls help me. Where is heena and shabnan" my mom said as she turn her face to us
"Heena!! shabnam!! Mami is calling you" aisha called them
So we all start to help mom. Madiha and heena are making salad.
Shabnam and aisha are setting the dining table. Masi and mom made dinner dishes.
I start to make dessert.
We all place the food on dining table and call everyone to eat.
All the gents like our fathers are gonna eat in the hole room there are some guests so.
Everyone start to eat. And everyone was enjoying it. Talking, making jokes and they are sharing some old jokes or family funny stories. It was good.
I have a very weird family. There are some people in this room i dont like very much.
Like yeah we sit together because i don'thave any choice.
its not like i have problems with them. Its just that they are naturally... um evil i guess thats the word.
My Both Bhuas. My dad's sisters and their families they just want to take benefits from my father's political position.
I really really hate that.
And my grandmother ughh she is the biggest evil. All she care about is her both daughters and their children.
Even if they are wrong and they are bad in any situation she will support them
Everyone finish eating. We all went to the living room and wait for my and everyone else to come.
As they came my mother told us to bring the dessert. Me and heena brought it.
"We have an announcement to make" My father told us
All my cousins my brothers and me we were looking at each other to make sure any of us knows something about it.
But we knew nothing so we waited.
"Its about the kids" Sohail Chacha. Heena's father said
Oh my god
Now what they are talking about.
Oh i guess they are gonna announce Heena and Aabid's wedding date.
We all knew they are gonna get married soon.
Heena held the trey and i gave dessert to everyone One by one. After we gave them all.
Me heena stand behind the sofa.
And i waited them to announce..
"Sher sahab you annouce it please!!" Riaz's father told my father
"now its been over a year for Heena and Aabid's engagement. We decided that their marriage will in 3 months.." My father said and pause there for a minute.
I look at heena she smiled. Fake smile she was not happy with this but she already knew that this is coming so she was ready.
Every one in the room was happy they congratulating to each other.
Then after a minute my father continue
"And we have something else to say its been a while we were thinking about it and now we also decided to announce Sahiba and Faiz engagement" my father announced
WHAT?????
DID MY FATHER JUST SAID SAHIBA AND FAIZ???
ME AND FAIZ???
I WAS BLANK.....
