Chapter 23. Love Me Harder

I woke up lazy today and i've been laying in bed for 10 minutes now and I'm not in mood of leaving my bed but i have to. I went to the bathroom wash my face brush my teeth i walk downstairs when i was done.

"You're up Good morning!" Mom is already in the kitchen.

"Good morning!" I replied lazily. hugging her from behind.

"My bacha! What you wanna eat?!" She asked as she flip the paranda.

"Nothing just coffee!" I told her moving to the refrigerated "i'll make it for myself you want?"

"Yes please!" She smiles.

I hand her a cup of coffee "let's sit in the dining room!" Mom said

We walk in the dining room i sit down and mom asked me as she sit next to me "so how is it going?!"

I took a big sip "what?"

"You and faiz!" A warm smile appear on her face as she mentioned me and faiz.

I don't know what to say because there's is nothing going on between me and him and the whole family is extremely happy because think we are in love. Its all wrong i should with mom.

"It's really nothing mom! He saved me and now I'm taking care of him because i owe him this time that's it!" I explained.

She look at me "so you are telling me that you don't feel for him in here!" She placed her hand on my heart.

"No!"

"Sweety I've been through these things and i can totally tell the difference between caring as a human being as you say it and caring romanticly!" She said like a love guru. Wow

My mom has been like best friend we have been very close and its not surprising that we are having a talk about faiz whenever i complain to her about getting me engaged without telling me she always tells me that one day i will be happy and thankful that my parents got me engaged to faiz.

"Seriously mom it's nothing!"

"Okay, if you think so we except it for a moment for your side its nothing but are you sure about faiz thinks that way too?" I feel like she is a detective questioning me.

"What do you mean?" I asked confusingly

"Doctor put him in bed rest for two three days and now it's been a week now.. tell me why a person like faiz who can't sit at a place for 5 minutes without doing anything decides to be still in bed rest?" She stopped for a moment then continue "because its clear he wants you around him. He wants you to take care of him. He wants to be with you he knows the moment he will say that now he doesn't need rest you will stop being around him that's why he is still pretending just to be with you!!"

I just stare at her as she talks. She stand up and said "it's all in front of you, don't ignore it honey!" She presses a kiss on my forhead and walk back in the kitchen.

"No I'm not coming!" I told heena over the phone.

"Why are you doing this to me? You let me go alone in those stupid hallways!" Heena said dramaticly Which made me laugh. Heena called to ask if I'm going college with her. Ive been absent for almost a week now.

"You know i can't!"

"Of course. you are ditching me for my brother, Again!!"

"He still need some rest and help that's why I'm staying it's my responsibility!" I told her as i fall on my bed.
