I woke up to birds pecking at my face. I wave them off and look around, taking in my new surroundings. The first thing I noticed was that I couldn't see out of my left eye, Then saw the bodies. Everything that happened came back to me like a wave. I cried for hours. After I shed my last tear, i started to heal myself. It was my first day of high school and i couldn't miss it cause of what happened. Healing Magic was one of the first things my mom taught me. After the pain was gone i went to shower. When I got out i was horrified at my body. The scars that covered my body still remained. Even my eye still looked dead. I was able to cover most of my body with my clothes and Illusion Magic, but i couldn't cover my eye. I tried different illusion spells, but nothing worked. I looked at the clock and realized that I'm gonna be late, I grabbed my book bag and dashed out the door.
