There Is No Calm Before The Storm Part 5 - Unedited

Her heart pounded in her chest as she walked down the hallway and into the buffet. She had been ignoring Adam all week and it was now Friday which meant Smackdown! But that was later today. She shook her head and slid into a booth at the back. She shrugged her backpack off and sat it beside her. Her heart had stopped pounding but her hands started to shake so she balled her hands up into fists as she gripped the end of her sweatshirt. She had told herself that Adam had no idea but she knew she was wrong. She also caught onto the looks her 'friends' were shooting her and she realized they probably knew too. Her hand grazed the necklace around her neck and she took a deep breath fluttering her eyes closed. She heard shuffling and heard the sound of somebody sitting across from her but chose to ignore it. She was distraught and hated this situation.

Adam knew right away that something wasn't right when Jade had started to ignore him. He noticed how she would glare at him under her lashes. He wasn't sure why she was being so cold and distant but boy did he want to find out. He stared over at her as she sat stiff in the boof at the back of the buffet. It's been a whole 3 days, She can't keep this up.A frown made it's way on his face as Randy shoved past him and strolled over to her. He swiftly slid into the seat opposite her but said nothing just sat there.

"She still not talking?" Someone asked from beside him. He merily shook his head as his eyes stayed on Jade and Randy.

"Me either" The person sighed, This time Adam adverted his gaze and let it fall on Lita.

"So what do we do?" A new voice entered the conversation. Both their heads turned to see The Hardys, Punk, Triple H and Shawn standing there.

"Wait" Is all Adam said before turning out of the buffet and making his way to the arena.

A sigh left the girls lips as she stared over at the boy in front of her. He simply smiled and continued picking at her chicken. She couldn't stop the smile creeping up on her face as she swatted his hand away and ate the chicken herself.

"Ready to kick some major butt?" The boy asked with his signature smirk. The girl dropped her trash in the bin and nodded her head ever so slightly. She cracked her knuckles before looping her arm through his and walking towards the gorilla. She looked up at the boy she still loved and noticed he was already looking at her. She cleared her throat as his intense eyes went straight to her soul. She went to speak but stopped herself and scolded herself mentally. The boy chuckled and placed a soft kiss to her temple.

"I'll be watching" He informed her as they pulled away. She fought a blush and jogged up the steps and jumped up and down keeping herself warm as a cold breeze went past her. She flicked her hair over her shoulder and took a deep breath before smiling.

"Kick Ass!" She heard Randy exclaim from behind her, The giggle slipped her lips as she went out to her theme.

She did exactly that she took all her frustrations out on the poor lady she was facing but it felt good so really she didn't feel that bad. She flew through the curtain with a relieved smile on her face. Sure she was completely pissed off and hurt but she had finally let it out..Probably not in the best way but what the hell. She enjoyed herself. But apart from all that she knew she had to confront the problem at hand. She did not want everyone knowing about all her secrets but she knew that the only way they were going to tell her was by planning a trap. The smirk on her face warned everyone that she was up to something. She didn't have to think long on what to do. She strolled through the hallway, Quickly snatching her bag off the ground of the women's lockeroom. She tucked her journal under her arm as she walked back out. As she reached the cafeteria still in her attire she slipped her journal in her bag and hung her bag on her shoulder. She saw parts of her friends scattered but close, If she was going to do this right she was going to do this with all of them. She gave them all a warm smile as she stood at the end of the table. Fool them first. Her eyes wondered her group and soon landed on Jeff. She fought back a sigh and pulled him up by his hand. He looked at her cautiously like he knew she knew and Jade knew that. Without anyone looking she glared into his eyes letting him know that she did in fact know. He dropped his gaze and fought back a shudder but yet it radiated throughout him. She opened his palm and left a note in his hand before walking over to Adam's table. She didn't make eye contact with him. Instead her eyes locked on with Randy's. He gave her a small smile which she returned.
"Follow me" She instructed turning on her heel. She began to walk with both groups following her with a few extra people that probably knew too. She ignored the whispering behind her as she walked into an empty room. As everyone pilled in she let go off her bag and let it hit the ground with a thump as the last person settled in she locked the door behind them and took a breath before turning around and meeting her extended family. She bit back the smirk as she saw the fear, anxiety and worry on everyone's faces. She leaned against the wall and inspected everyone for a good 5 minutes before speaking.
"Anything you would like to tell me?" She asked softly no harm evident in her breath. Everyone's shoulders slumped like they were relieved she didn't know. Everyone except Jeff and Randy. They both knew the truth and just stared at her. Another long silence went by so she figured she'd get on with it. She looked at everyone's faces and noticed right away that Phil had nothing to do with it. He looked majority uncomfortable and just knew her brother that well. So she walked up to him and pulled him towards her away from the group until they had reached the front again. She motioned for him to sit and he happily obliged. Now that that's done. She unzipped her bag and walked to the table. It seemed like everyone was in their on thoughts until she slammed the journal on the table. That made everyone jump and look at the table. Everyone suddenly noticed how she had changed from calm to furious in seconds. Her arms had been crossed and her eyebrow was raised as she clenched her teeth together. Hunter managed to clear his throat.
"What's that?" He asked. She answered with a sharp tone that was cold as ice that sent a shiver down everyone's spine.
"Shut up" Was what she told him and anyone who tried to speak.

Her eyes met Adam's for the first time. He must be behind it she thought. With that in mind she let him walk up to her until he was too close for comfort. She softly shoved him back and stuck to her guns.

"It was you" She muttered emotion coming in her voice even though she tried as hard as she could for it to stay even and numb. 

"I had to help you" He muttered feeling like a total douche.

"Help me?" She questioned bitterly. He flinched at her tone and took a step back.

"You think this is helping me? You think letting everyone know my problems is going to help? You think letting people know my deep dark secrets is helping? No, No, That's not helpful at all!" She shouted and pushed Adam away from her. Her ands balled into fists as he bumped into someone behind him. A silence fell upon everyone. The people who knew started to doubt their choices. Jade scanned the room again and noticed Rey and Rob looked out of place. She looked towards Phil and he shook his head. Well that's embarrassing they don't know. She let out a sigh and unlocked the door. She grabbed both their hands and pushed them out.

"Hey" Rob went to argue but she just looked at him sadly before locking the door again. She spun back around and stumbled into someone. She looked up to meet Hunter. He looked blankly down at her. His face held no emotion but boy was he overwhelmed on the inside. He felt like his head was going to explode. Before he could say anything to her she had already moved past him and over towards Phil. After having a quite conversation with Phil she let out the people who had nothing to do with it out until she was left with. Phil, Rose, Shawn, Matt, Jeff, Hunter, Adam, Randy and Lita. Phil had informed her that Mark and Glenn knew only a little bit but she let them go anyway. As she started the silent treatment on all of them she packed up her journal into her bag and let all of her emotions take over her. She needed to clear her head. She needed to get out of here. She took a huge breath and unlocked the door letting them all out which they did but they were all confused. 

Shouldn't she be more mad? Shouldn't she be screaming from the top of her lungs? We did the right thing right? We had good intentions..Right? She'll be okay, Right?

Was the thoughts that clouded their minds as they walked back into the cafeteria and as they did they were stopped by friends asking them questions they had no answers to.

Jade on the other hand went to Vince and asked for some time off. He had asked the reason and she had given him the reason. She wasn't mentally stable is what she said and straight away he gave her the all clear despite all that he has done to her. She thought maybe he knew but let it slip from her memory as she packed up her things and did the same once she got to her hotel room. It wasn't that hard. She didn't unpack anything so she had everything done in the span of an hour. She wrote a note quickly that read. 

"So long..I'm safe now."

She knew that they wouldn't take that very well but at the minute she didn't care. So she grabbed her things and trudged into the lobby. From there she got into a taxi and went to the airport. It was quite a long drive so from her seat in the taxi she booked a one way plane ticket home. She didn't know if that was her home anymore but Jamie had sent her Mom and his house details so that was where she was going.
