Chapter-18

Nandini and ayaan were on the living room..

Nanini: ayaan jaldi khao! 3 years ke hone wale ho abhi bhi itna time lagate ho..

Ayaan gave a cute angry look at nandini: humesha mujhe..mujhe..datte rehte ho..

Nandini: jaldi khao!

After ayaan was done having his dinner nandini went to the kitchen to keep the plate..

Manik and cabir came downstairs

Manik: kakaa bhuk lagi hain..

Kaka to nandini: dinner serve kardu beta?

Nandini: haan kaka.. Acha kaka kalke sare menu fix hogaye na?

Kaka: nehi toh beta..abhi boldo! Subeh subeh bazaar jayenge..

Nandini: acha mein sab se pooch ke ati hoon..

Nandini went outside to the living room..

Everyone came down soon

Nandini: acha guys kalka menu kya fix kare?

Cabir: ummm..biriyani? Make it chicken biriyani and paneer tikka and tandoori and beef boti? How about that guys?

Dhruv: sounds good! And dal makhni..

Nandini: acha mein bol deti hoon..and dessert?

Manik: gulab jamun?

Everyone else agreed..

Nandini went to tell kaka everything..

Navya: gulab jamun reminds me of gulabooo..

Cabir: gulabo?

Navya: areh the song..

Navya whispered on mukti's ear: on our girls night before marriage..

Mukti: done!

Ayaan was watching cartoons on the tv and laughing..

Kaka: dinner serve hogaya baba!

Cabir: chalo sab..

They all went to have dinner..

Dhruv and alya finished off first and everyone sent them to the room..

Nandini: acha guys costume ka kya kare? Hum agar long dress pehnege..how do we dance!

Manik: haan hum toh suit pehnege na?

Cabir: listen we will change before the performance..i mean girls weAr kameez and we will wear kurta's?

Nandini: haan waise sab toh ready hain.. Guest room mein rakha hain sab kaapre..

Cabir: hmm kal nikal lenge..

Abhimanyu: chalo last practice..

Nandini: time kya hain?

Abhimanyu: 8

Nandini: manik jao ayaan ko sulake aao..

Manik: haan going!

Manik went upstairs as the rest sat and talked..

Manik went to ayaan's room: come on brushy time!

Ayaan: mujhe toh ol khelna hain..

Manik: kal khelna..papa ne ayaan ka baat mana toh abh ayaan ka time?

Ayaan with a sad face: thithain papa..

Manik picked him up: thats like my good boy!

Ayaan changed into nightwear,brushed his teeth and then they both lied down on bed..

Ayaan: papa woh wala..mera favourite rhymes bolo..

Ayaan loved manik's voice humming! And thats how he would Sleep everynught,hearing to that!

Manik switched off the light and caressed his hair humming different rhymes and then a tune..

Ayaan soon slept..

Manik kissed his forehead and covered him with a blanket and then went downstairs turning on the speaker in his room..

They all went to the garden again..
This time it was beautifully decorated with lights and flowers an the stage was set too..

They all practiced again on the stages..

When balam pichkari song was on..
The steps were as of the song but in one part manik would pick nandini up and cabir had to pick navya up..

Cabir fell while picking her up..

Everyone started laughing like crazy..

Cabir: ahhhh my back..

Navya: ui meri kamar..mujhe iske saath nehi karna hain..

Aryaman laughing: acha cut this lift..do the first step again..

They laughed and then practiced for once more and then planned for a surprise for the couple..

Everyone went to their rooms at around 2am

Nandini and manik checked on ayaan first and then went to their room..

Manik locked the door and then pulled nandini..his hands on her waist..

Nandini was smiling..

Manik: time for a baby ayaan?

Nandini laughed: no way! But with protection is fine.. Waise bhi u lost conteol the last time..

Manik laughed and picked her up and went towards the bed switching off the lights..
