Prom. Something you always dreamed of. You wanted to go but sadly you didn't have anyone to go with.

You walked into a school yawning. "Hehe that yawning will turn into excitement soon." A voice said behind you making you jump. You turned around to see your best friend smiling at you. "What do you mean?" (WHEN YOU NOD YOUR HEAD YES. Sorry) you asked furrowing your eyebrows. "Just wait." She said smiling big. "Well ok.." You said confused walking to your first class.

It was now lunch time. The best time of the day. You and your friend sat at the lunch table talking about random things. She kept looking over at the cafeteria doors for some reason. Just than you heard music playing.

Hey baby, will you go to prom with me?

You stared at the person walking in singing the song. It was one of the boys In school who could sing really well. The person still sang the song, girls came out dancing. You watched in amusement. Who's getting asked to prom? You thought, but one girl danced over to you grabbing your hand and sitting you in a spinny chair. What is happening?! You looked around then Grayson dolan, your biggest crush walked out the door with flowers.
The song ended on,

Hey baby, will you go to prom with me?

"Will you?" Grayson asked standing infront of you. "Yes yes yes!" You yelled hugging him. You couldn't stop smiling.

"Mom I don't have enough money for a prom dress! This sucks!" You groaned running up into your room locking the door. Now I'm never going to prom. After a while you just fell asleep.

You woke up by loud knocking on your door. You groaned walking to the door. "Yes?" You asked seeing your mom standing there. "I have a surprise for you." She said smiling. You sighed as you both walked down the stairs. "Cover your eyes." You mom said walking into the living room. You covered your eyes with your hands. You heard her walking infront of you. You also heard plastic? "Open." Your mom said. You uncovered your eyes and almost screamed at the sight. Screw that. "Mom oh my god! Thank you so much I love it!!" You screamed staring at the prom dress she got you. "I couldn't let you not go to prom. So i went out and bought you this." She explained handing it to you. You unzipped the zipper taking out the prom dress from the plastic thing that protected it from getting dirty.

You shot up from bed smiling. Prom is today! You thought. You quickly took a shower. Once you got out you called your friend telling her to come over. She came over after a while. "What do you need?" She asked walking in setting her prom dress on your bed. "We are doing eachothers makeup duh." You said in a duh tone getting all your makeup out from your bathroom. "That's right."

~skippin all this make up shit to when her friend left and she's waiting for Grayson, I'm lazy~

"He's here!" Your mom yelled from downstairs. You looked at your reflection in the mirror smiling. You looked amazing. You walked down the stairs and immediately Grayson's jaw dropped. You blushed and let your mom take photos of you two together.
