Chapter27: Awkward Family Time

* Cammie POV*

Today my parents asked me to spend some time with them I went with it even though I want to spend most of my time with Adrianna. Maybe I should ask them if she can come over or maybe that's a bad idea because my mom doesn't like Adrianna and I don't know why anymore, like I understand because of that one time but Adri apologize already for her actions and actually tried to make it up to my mother. But I guess it didn't work cause mom don't like her. Maybe I should ask her though to see what happens, " Mom can Adrianna come over for dinner...?" I waited for an answer that probably felt like I was waiting for hours so she can tell me yes or no.  " Why you want HER to come over she isn't family to us" I just looked at her like she got some fucking three heads " Why cant she come over shes family to me if she treats me better then anybody on this fucking planet!!" " Wait don't be cursing your mom like that young lady" my father says. " Fine but she's still coming over though cause that's my girlfriend". They didn't say anything afterwards all I had to was call Adri. "Hmmm..." she was probably sleeping " Babe wake up and get ready cause you coming over to my place" " Yeah right call me back when your not joking around" " Im not playing your coming over today so dress up nice" "Fuck................. You know your mom doesn't like me is you trynna get me killed" " Nope but your still coming over so get dressed dinner at 8".

* Adrianna POV *

I don't know why shes wants me over there knowing full damn well that her mother doesn't like me at all. Like I did try to apologize for cursing her out and then tried taking her out on a spa day but I guess that didn't work because it didn't work at all but I was making my baby happy. But whyyy she wants me to come when I don't want too, I want to sleep but I cant use that as an excuse cause then shes gonna ask me questions about me staying up late when she knows the answer. I'm a hardcore gamer I don't sleep til 5am maybe 7am who knows. What Cammie always tells me "Stop Gaming and get some sleep" but I always do the oppsite of what she tells me " Nope Keep on gaming and get no sleep" which is why sometimes she takes my remote from me. I looked at my phone it was 6:55pm, I got up and start doing my personal things. "Why you taking a shower for" " Cause Cammie wants me to come over tonight for a dinner date with her parents" " Ok be careful ". I was half way done til I got a call from Zeke " Yo lets chill tonight" " Cant bro" " Why?" " Cause I have a dinner date with Cammie Parents" " Oh ight well let me know when you can chill with me" I felt so bad, I haven't hanged out with him since the big ass party that he threw. I was done by the time it hit 7:45pm and right when I was about to walk out I had to make sure everything was on point.

I was to walk out this time then my dad stopped me " Where you going looking all cleaned up and shit" " Going to my girl's place for a dinner date with her parents" " Ight be safe nigga". From that I grabbed my keys for my bike and ride out to my girl house for this awkward dinner date. Still wondering why she wants me to be there so bad when her parents hates me so much. Matter fact, its only her mom that doesn't like me her dad doesn't have a problem with me. Like he knows I treat her like a queen everyday. Its her mother that im trying to get good with maybe this dinner would help. I was already at her place I had to take the longer way so I can think so basically I got there in 30mins and it was already 8:25pm. " So now you decides to come like really bae" " Look im sorry I had to do some things first but at least im here now. I know ya didn't start eating without me" I was right cause they didn't they were really waiting for me. Have you ever gotten a weird tension just from someone that doesn't like you and you know that they don't like you. Well shit this is that type of moment... Her mother is actually giving me this " I want you to die" death glare and im sitting here like what the fuck did I do. " So how is school been im you guys been in school lately right" Well I haven't actually been in school only Cammie "School is school it have its days when its fun and then it have it days when bad" my response to his question " Right what she said" i'm still trying to avoid this weird tension its like so uncomfortable "Hmph so mom how was work today?" Death glare straight at me again..." It was good dear" " That's nice" " So Adriana what do you wanna do right after high school since soon you will graduate." " I'm gonna take a break from going to school and just start working to help my parents out with anything and save up for a car and then maybe my own apartment". Her look changed on me " Sounds like you have things figured but what do you wanna do?" " I want to become a vet." Cammie's mom death glare changed on me she didn't look at me like she wants me dead but she looked at me like I had everything figured out.
