Chapter 49: Papi Turns 17

*Cammie POV*

It's been about 3 days since my birthday. Papi showed me the best time. But now it was my turn to give her the best birthday. You see, Adrianna's birthday is only 5 days after mine. That means I only have a few days to plan and make arrangements to take off work. But knowing me, Imma make it work.
I call Papi's job and asked to talk to her boss. Maybe she would let her get off for her birthday.

*Cammie & Boss convo*

"Hello?"
"Hi. I was hoping I could speak to the hospital manager?"
"This is she. How may I help you?"
"I was calling to ask if you could give Adrianna these next few days off. Thursday's her birthday and-"
"Oh Adri's birthday is coming up? I didn't know. Well of course she can take off. And who is this?"
"Oh I'm Cammie, her girlfriend."
"Oh. It's you." Oh hell no! This bitch did not just give me attitude like that!?!
"Ummmm yea. Anyways...can she have Wednesday and Thursday off?"
"Sure. Was that it?" I'm just about ready to slap this woman.
"Yes. Thank you." I say in the sweetest voice I can. "Bye!"

*End of convo*

As you probably already notice, my attitude has changed a lot in these past few months. Papi's personality has started to run off on me. Sometimes, when she notices it, she'll say something like, "Damn. Look at my baby growing some balls." But it true. I've grown up a lot since being with Adrianna. I don't fuck with a lot of people from my past now, and I don't like being disrespected. And I certainly don't like people who disrespect my king. If they do, they got another thing coming. But I don't get mad easily so it's all good.

...But anyways. After I got off the phone, I still had a lot of planning to do. But at least phase one was taken care of. On to phase two. The party!

My master plan was all falling into place. Papi and I both had these next few days off, I called up fam, and I had everything set up for the private after party for just me and Papi. There was also a big surprise for her that still remained a secret. Oh yeah. It was gonna be big.

When the day of the party finally came I had everything all planned out. I had called in a favor from my girl Jackie. Her uncle was the owner of a paintball field, and I figured it would be the perfect thing to do for Papi 's birthday. After Papi and her friends finished paintballing, they would  come back to the house and play video games till the Patriots game came on. I had already ordered pizza and drinks for her and the guys. While the game was on, and since I'm not all that into the Patriots, I called up a friend to chill wit me while they was having they fun. After the game was over nit was probably going to be a little late. I would send the guys home and then the really fun would start.

I'm the type of girlfriend that will go pretty far to keep her bae happy. Since Papi is always asking me for a lap dance, I figure this would be the perfect time. And a little birthday sex never hurt anybody. XD

I told Papi about most of her birthday arrangements, but there was an extra special surprise I was saving for the big day. She was practically begging me to tell her, puppy face and all. All of her efforts, though, wouldn't get me to spoil the best surprise in history. When the day finally came, I let her sleep in late. All the plans I made where timed for the afternoon, so the gave me time to check on everything, and let Papi get in a few extra hours of sleep. When she finally woke up, I had her breakfast on the table with a note in front of it...

If you're reading this, it means I've already left. I have to make a quick pick, but I will be back. Enjoy the food, take a shower, and meet me and the guys at the paintball field at 12. Te amo mi Rey.

When I got to the field, all of Adrianna's friends were already there. It was 11:55, and I made sure I was waiting at the door for her to get there. And when she showed up, I had the biggest smile on my face.

"Feliz cumpleaños mi rey," I said wrapping my arms around her neck.

"Gracias mi reina. Your Spanish is improving." She hugged me back and kissed my forehead.

"It's cause I have the best teacher there is."

"Indeed," she said with a laugh.

With that we walked in. We saw everyone getting all suited up. When she came in everyone turned and clapped and greeted her in that warm, family kinda way. It was adorable. She went over to them and started putting on her gear. Everyone was deep in conversation, when suddenly the door flew open.

"So I hear someone's birthday is today," a familiar voice said. 

When Papi heard them, she immediately turned around in excitement. "No fucking way!!!! Zeke, bro, is that you."

"Hell yea. Lil sis told me she was thowing you a party and invited me to come. And shit...can't miss my own fam's birthday!"

"Babe? You planned this?" Her face beyond shocked.

"Yep. Had to make today as special as possible."

"See this is why you're bae," she said and kissed my lips.

"Nah I'm bae cause you love me."

"Yeah that too," she said and we all laughed.

"Well now that I'm here," Zeke said, "the party can really get started. Let's go. Ready to get your ass whooped in some paintball lil sis?"

"Man the only one getting they ass beat is you," Papi said as they walked out to the field.

I laughed and followed them out to the field.
