Jitae's POV- Saturday, 12:00 p.m - Topp Dogg Event

-

Here we are. This is it. After missing out on tjeir European tour I finally get to meet them.

There weren't very many people here and it tears my heart. They deserve so much more than this. Was more. But here we are and this is the cruel reality.

Besides the seven of us and Rome there were probably around 15-16 others. It was truly a sad sight. Funny enough no one recognized Rome though.

We waitied infront of the stage for about half an hour or so. The whole time Rome was making.phone calls and speaking in Korean so none of us had any idea what he was doing. So while we waited Seuljin, Minji and I helped the others learn Toppdogg's name and faces.

About 10 minutes later music started playing and the excitment sarted swelling up in my stomach. When I looked around to others I could see the excitment mirroring in their faces.

Finally, one by one, the boys started coming out. P-Goon came out first, closely followed by the others.

The smile on my face widened till it felt like I was grinning from ear to ear and it was all I could do to keep myself from screaming. It worked, until Yano came out. I couldn't help it anymore. I started squeaking and bouncing, so happy to finally see him in person.

But they didn't look too happy. I mean of course they did, but I could tell that it was sort of forced.

Over the next few hours the performed a whole bunch of there songs and between every other songs they would take a break and talk to us or play a game with us.

We chanted and shouted as much as we could to show them that we support them and that no matter how big the crowd, we can be loud.

At the end we all got to get autographs and I even got my custom-made sweater signed by all of them.

Sadly, the whole event was over in the blink of an eye. I had never had so much fun at any concert I've been to before.

We were about to head out after the others that had been there, but before we could leave Rome stopped us.

"Since Minji behaved herself," he said cheekily, "I've prepared something for you all." He grabbed Minji's hand and pulled her back towards the stage.

My heart started racing. What has he prepared for us? I looked at the others and shrugged before I ran off after him.

He lead us around the stage to the door the boys had come out of earlier.

"What are we doing?" I asked curiously.

"You'll see." he replied with a wink as he knocked on the door. I looked at Minji, wondering if she might know what he's up to, but she looked just as clueless as the ret of us.

We followed Rome until we came to another door. This time he turned to us first. "Wait here a few minutes. I'll be right back." he told us then knocked on the door and slipped in without waiting for a response.

While the door was open I tried to sneak a peek into it to see what was behind the door, but wasn't very successful. Rome squeezed through the tinest crack possible so fast that it was as good as impossible to have seen anything.

We stood infront of the door waiting for Rome to return for about 10 minutes. Every now and then people would walk by and give us weird looks, but no one said anything or threw us out.

Eventually Rome came out just as quick as he had gone in and gave Minji a quick kiss on yhe forehead as he took her hand then turned to the rest of us.

"You guys can go in now." he moved aside, freeing the path to the doorway.

I looked back and forth between him and the doorway, my heart beat pounding in my ears. I slowly started moving towards the door, suspecting what, or better who was behind the door.

When I pushed the door open and peeked in my heart stopped. I was right. I was looking into the faces of the twelve boys tgat we had just seen live on stage.

Seeing them in this atmosphere was completely different than the atmosphere that wwa around them on stage:
When they were on stage they had thay perfect idol atmosphere, if you know what I mean, but now seeing them like this backstage, the just seem more... Human. Humans that looked dead exhausted, more than they had on stage earlier.

"Annyeonghaseyo!" I said bowing as I made my way into the room so the other could come in as well.

The boys all nodded a hello back with smiles on their faces that seemed forced. I couldn't take seeing them like that.

"Um..." I started, unsure whether I she attempt using my Korean or just stick to mt english. "Are you okay? Gwaenchanha?" I decided to try both just in case.

Almost instantly they all dropped their forced expressions and looked sad and defeated. I wanted to run to them and hug then all so bad, but it's kind of hard to do that with all of them at once and it might come across a bit rude, so I held myself back.

"Not really..." one of them whispered so quiet I couldn't tell who it was. I looked over to Seuljin with a worried look.

"Do you guys wanna talk about it? If you need someone to listen to you we could do it." she offered them.

They hesitated for a moment before P-Goon spoke up. "Even if we want to, that's probably not a good idea... No offense."

I nodded, understanding where he was coming from. Us being fans and all, it probably wasn't the smartest idea to tell fans something their problems, even if they promised not to tell.

I looked at the girls. They all seemed just as worried as I was. There has to be some way we could help them.

"Is there anything we can do to help?" I dared asking.

"Make us feel like humans." All heads turned to Kidoh wide-eyed and gasping at his blunt statement. He was staring off into the distance, putting his statement on a whole other level than it had already been. He was hurt. Too much.

"Hmm... Would it be possible for you guys to go out in public?" Angel asked carefully, taking everyone's attention off Kidoh.

"It could be risky," B-joo said. "We're not exactly the most popular, but people still know us..." he trailed off.

"Not exactly positivly, i'm assuming." Minji said sadly. Just then I remembered what Rome had said about her behaving herself. It wasn't that she wasn't behaving herself, it's that I just realized that he hadn't come in with us. He must be waiting outside. "You guys deserve so much more." Minji finished silently.

Suddenly I got an idea. I turned to the girls "Hey, what we did with... You know who... yesterday, maybe we could do something like that with them, too?" The girls faces started lighting up.

"What what what what?" the boys all sat up on the edges of their seats like a bunch of excited little puppies, which is exactly what they are.

"It's kinda like a workshop type thing." I smiled to them.
