Ever since the day Jun-pyo and I patched up, I mean, we never broke up to patch now, but I pushed away all the thoughts about his engagement and stuffs aside and started hanging out with him, normally, as if nothing had happened. I'm weird, I know that.

I'm on my way to Jan-di's porridge shop now. It's Saturday evening and Jan-di, Ga-Eul and I'd planned to hang out together.

The girls were already waiting outside the shop. Jan-di jumping up and down in excitement and Ga-Eul with her cute- innocent smile plastered on her face.

My chauffeur pulled in front of the girls and they wasted no time, they hopped in immediately. We headed off to the mall, obviously.

After hours of window shopping, I bought dresses for the girls, though they were refused to accept it at first and so I'd to use the friendship card and some touchy dialogs to make them accept it, finally. I sent my car off as soon as we reached the mall because Jan-di suggested that we could take a bus back to porridge shop and it'd be fun.

The girls got down in their places and it was left with me. I got down in my place and walked to my house.

My mobile vibrated in my jean pocket. I took it out and noticed as unknown number displaying on the screen. I answered it anyway.

"Hello?" It came out more like a question.

"Let me make it to the point. I'm President Kang, Gu Jun-pyo, or should I say, your boyfriend's mother." The lady on the other said in a calm and collected voice but I could feel something evil was hidden behind it. What does she want from me to call at this hour? Is she gonna threaten me or something? Of course, yes.

"Oh! What can I do for you, mam?" I asked politely.

"I'd enough with your love acts. I'm gonna say this once. Leave my Jun-pyo alone. If you were Yi-jung's own sister at least, I wouldn't have had a problem in you guys dating but you're a daughter of an unknown lady who might've had more relationship with men and not just Yi-jung's father-" That did it to snap me.

"Excuse me, mam. Mind your tongue. She's my mother." I spat back at her and before I could hear her talk, a cloth was placed over my mouth and I passed out instantly.

-------

I woke up with my head throbbing. I found myself chained to a chair with my shopping bags beside my leg on the floor. It looked like a old factory or something.

Shit! Jun-pyo's mom kidnapped me and she's gonna kill me now. Tears started pouring out, non stop. I wouldn't be able to see, Jun-pyo anymore. Why's my life so unfair? I lost my mom, my dad's still playing around with girls, my brother hadn't accepted me as his sister, my boyfriend got engaged to some China girl... Ugh.

"Oh! So you're up!" A male's voice spoke from my right. I slowly turned my head and saw four guys walking towards me with some evil smirk on all of their faces.

"I know who sent you guys. But what do you want with me. I only snapped back because she-" I was cut off with a slap. One of the guy slapped me so hard, I could feel my blood leaking out from the corner of my mouth.

"Ben, what the fuck, man? We're not supposed to harm the girl." One of the guy yelled at the guy who just slapped me. So, he's Ben, the slapper.

"She was annoying." Ben answered coldly.

"Who do you think sent us to get you?" The guy who yelled at Ben earlier, asked me.

"President Kang?" I asked.

"Wrong answer." Ben chuckled. Wrong answer? Then who else would kidnap me and for what?

"It's Mia Chen who sent us to warn you." The other guy answered with a smirk.

Mia Chen? Who the hell is that? Oh! Wait!

Mia Chen, the girl who got engaged to Jun-pyo. Just great. One side my boyfriend's mother was about to threaten me and now my boyfriend's fiancé kidnapped me, just to warn me? Ridiculous but I'm freaking out, really bad.

"Warn about what?" I asked in a low voice.

"Get to the point already." A girl's voice came out of no where. And in few seconds the girl whom I saw in television walked towards me with an evil smirk on her face. Oh no! She's gonna kill me.

"Look! I've got everything that I wanted and now I want Gu Jun-pyo. I know about your stupid love and stuffs. I don't care what he feels though. All I want is him and only him. And if I don't get what I wanted then I wouldn't let anybody else get it, which means, I wouldn't hurt you but I wouldn't mind killing Gu Jun-pyo, if I don't get him." She placed her leg over my thigh, with her boot's heel poking my thigh. What she just said, made me shudder and inhale deeply in shock and surprise.

"What do you want me to do now?" I asked in a low voice.

"Go away from my fiancé, that's it, very simple. I'm not gonna hurt you." She said in her sweet voice and batted her eye lashes at me, trying to look innocent.

Ugh, why's my life so complicated?

I couldn't talk, as the thought of leaving Jun-pyo was too painful. I just nodded my head and let the tears fall freely.

"Good! Go leave her back where you found her." With that she left the place. The guys placed a cloth over my nose again and I drifted off to some dark place.
------

I opened my eyes before the car could come to a stop. The guys pushed me out of the car and threw my shopping bags out, on the floor too. When I looked at my surroundings properly, I was at the entrance of my house.

I picked up my bags and headed inside. It's 11pm. As I walked passed the living room, I found Yi-jung, still up, watching TV. We've separate TVs of our own in our bedrooms but prefers to use the living room TV most of the time.

"Gosh! Where were you and what happened to your face?" Yi-jung bolted up from the couch and rushed to my side. For a moment I was about to spill everything to him. He looked so concerned but I don't wanna build up my hopes high in his case because I wouldn't be able to handle the disappointment later on.

"I - uh I went out shopping with Jan-di and Ga-Eul. While coming back home there were few guys fighting in the streets and I stepped in the middle of them and got slapped." I shrugged my perfect excuse without stuttering except for the starting part.

"Damn! Please, don't do the superhero act anymore, okay?" He placed his hand over my cheek and caressed near the bruises lip. Awe, I want him to stay this sweet and caring forever. Then, suddenly he hugged me and I hugged him back too. We stayed like that for awhile. He led me to my room and made me sit on my bed and scurried off somewhere. He returned with some first aid kit or something and put dabbed some disinfectant on a cotton ball which came in contact with my swollen corner of my lips. It stung like hell and I literally tore my covers by holding on to them for dear life.

"Goodnight." He said with his cute smile and left my room. I was still in awe. He did act like a brother today or maybe he did his part as a friend or something! Whatever, now I've a tiny place in his heart and that's more than enough for me.

Now back to our current problem. What am I gonna do with this China girl's warning? Should I take it to Jun-pyo's notice? No way in hell. One wrong move on my part may lead to some tragic outcomes and I don't even wanna think about it.

There's one solution to this. I've to break up with Jun-pyo so that he'd be safe, forever, even though he wouldn't be with me.
