Party Poison. THE Party Poison? As in from the infamous group of rebels known as Killjoys? I've only heard of them, but have never seen. Nor has most of the zones. I heard all four of them were ghosted by some draculoids but I must have been wrong because sitting before me were who I assumed to be all four Killjoys, casually eating breakfast.

A man in a vest with a friendly smile waved as well. "Hey, I'm Fun Ghoul!" He reached his arm out in front of Party to shake my hand. Party sucked his teeth then playfully shook his head. I shook Fun Ghouls hand and softly smiled at all of them. Then Kobra Kid and Jet Star followed the other two in introducing themselves.

Death and I pulled up two seats and joined them for breakfast, still aching, but we talked and laughed and got to know each other a bit more. I might even go as far as saying it was a good morning. Surprisingly I felt a connection with Dr. Death, despite him being a demon and all.

A question came to my mind about last night. I looked to Death and he shot me a smirk, wondering what I was going to say. I wasn't sure if I should have said it but I did. "How come I can see you? How come they all can see you, but those people the other night couldn't?". Death looked to Jet Star and looked back at me, shifting uncomfortably in his seat. His smirk was gone as he scratched at his beard.

"I don't know what you're talking about." he responded. My stomach turned and I became light headed. This got more awkward by the second.

Party Poison looked at me with a raised eyebrow and turned to Kobra Kid. "Adam, what do you mean? Dr. Death isn't invisible or anything." My eyes widened in confusion. I chuckled with awkwardness. Is it hot in here. "I must be confused. It might have been in my dream or something."

"Don't worry about it." Dr. Death laughed and waved it off, quickly changing the subject to if I was okay.

"I heard you got hurt pretty badly." Fun Ghoul said.

Death shot a look at him "Ghoul."

"It's fine, it's fine!" I laughed. "Don't worry about it."

"Shit!" I heard being shouted from the other room. "SHIT SHIT SHIT FUUUUUCK!"

My sleep was interrupted. Jet Star let me sleep in his room while he went out to see some friends. Luckily there was an extra mattress. I wonder what it's like living with all of your friends. I've only ever lived with my parents and Helena. It must be pretty chaotic here. I sat up lazily and peered out of the window. It was pitch black out. What could be going on at a time like this?

"ADAAAAM" Shit. Now I'm involved. I mustered my courage to stand up despite being terrified. I heard a crash and the sound of glass break and things being thrown. Running footsteps made their way up the stairs into the small hallway. I stood still. Shit, I'm dying today. The door slammed open, denting the wall with the door knob. Jet Star rushed in, hand on the knob and crazy eyes staring straight at me. He had a helmet in one hand and a laser gun in the other. He was gasping from exhaustion and I just stood, wide eyed and mouth open with nothing to say as I took a step back.

"We need to go. Now." He put on his helmet and rushed to his closet and got me a jacket. What? Grabbing my hand, he rushed me out of the door and down the stairs. There was a girl around the age of ten waiting on the stairs. "GO GO GO" She yelled at me as she followed us both.

"What's going on?" I asked, terrified of the answer.

"They're here."
