The Tale of She

Deep in the Mountains,

A Sad Girl Hides, In Her Cave

Was it Fate? Or Pain?

Lost in an Eternal Sea

Far Away from Home, She Sleeps

And She Fears the Deep

In Her Small, Sad Life

Walking Across the Gray Sky

She Smiled, and Then Cried

'Lone, Away from Home

Huddled in Her Cave, Sill Afraid

She Held Her Breath, Stay.

"Why Must I Lose Hope?

Is There Some Left for Dreamers?

Or the Believers?"

And At That Moment

The Rain Began to Pour in Torrents

Thunder Flashed, So Sad

She Stood, Not in Day

For She Ran Into the Gray

She Would Not Obey!

She Said Nothing Hurts

For Nothing in Fray Will Lurk

No Matter the Hour

"I Will Find New Light

And It Will Be Just As Bright

The Night Will Not Fight."

She Was Hardly Heard

The Wind Whipped Her as She Learned

But She Kept Running

She Kept Running On

Going for Days at a Time

With Only Riddles, Rhymes

Would You Have Gone on?

Please, Dear Reader, Tell Me Yes

The World Needs This Girl

Will You Run On?

Through Fiery Hell, Cold Rain?

Would You Endure Pain?
