Here we go... final chapter... Thought I'd never get a chance to see this day... The day that I'll finish one of my favorite books...
S'okay! Kon'nichiwa, minna-sama! This is the last chapter of Throwing Hearts Away. And, well, I'm sorry to inform you that I cannot write a special Freed chapter. I have no idea if I can, since I'm losing free time nowadays. Well, at least that's one book subtracted from your library and added to your archive.
Finally. Some space in the library. Haha.
But, I think I'll miss writing this. It was quite fun to write from two different points of view. And, the roman numerals. Of course. Never forget the roman numerals.
This is the last chapter. Therefore, it will be short and simple. Only a few quotes. No --- points. Just one story from Laxus and Laxus only.
Let us begin. CVSF.
Byeonara, minna-sama.

It's probably not going to be easy.
Two years later, well, what do you know? Fairy Tail has put itself back together. As Erza leads the guild, I'm just here, drinking some booze at the counter.
But, nothing's ever the same without Mirajane.
In the fight between the Spriggan 12 (is that the right name), Zeref and Acnologia, Mirajane had died.
Yes. She's dead right now.
It still upsets me. It's already been two years, but I just can't get over it. I mean, it's not everyday that you lose the love of your life. It's not everyday that the love of your life dies because she was trying to save your life. I could have done something, but I didn't do anything to save mine. And, if I had saved mine, she would still be alive.
Serving me booze right now.
Telling me anecdotes about Elfman and Evergreen, or Lisanna and Bickslow.
But, no. That wouldn't happen anymore.
It was Erza's request to bury Mirajane beside her childhood best friend, Simon. Mirajane obviously doesn't know who Simon is (and neither do most of us), but Erza... well, let's just say she has a lot of emotions.
"Is this fine with you, Laxus?" Erza asked as we stand above the ground that would soon be the home of Mirajane's coffin and Mirajane's corpse.
"Yes," I answered. "This is very fine."
It wasn't very easy for Lisanna and Elfman from the start. Mirajane was literally their foundation. Since their parents died in a car accident, it was Mirajane who saved their lives. Without her strength, the two of them wouldn't be here right now.
But, now, they're working quite well. Lisanna aims to be as strong as Mirajane was, and Elfman is so close to that point. Lisanna is back with Bickslow. Elfman is back with Evergreen. I'm happy for them.
"Hey! No PDA, you goddamn bastards!" I yelled as Lisanna hugs Bickslow.
"It's just a hug, for Mavis's sake!" Bickslow shouted back.
"I don't think the First Master needs a hug to save her life!" I screamed. They both laugh at my horrible joke.
As for Freed, he's as weird as ever. But, here's the weirdest thing ever. He is actually (and surprisingly) seeing someone. Someone younger than him by so much. The girl happens to be 19, and he's 21. Okay, that's only a two-year gap, but still. I want to make Freed younger, so they would fit.
