Chapter 4:
She mustn't stare, she repeats over and over in her mind as she sits across from the attractive young man though she finds it hard to break her gaze away from his deep brown eyes as she knows all too well how easy it is to get lost in them. In her earlier sections only his firm voice calling her name could snap her out of her trace. She mostly looks at her lap and the book that lay in it to keep from the temptation.
"What would you like to talk about today?" He asks almost purring the words as a blush leaks across her cheeks, "was it another dream?"
She gives a small node and speaks quietly trying to stay calm,
"I-it was the one w-where he left me" He cringes slightly, he dosent know why but he hates when she talks about this dream in particular, it makes his stomach cern with a guilt he doesn't understand and heart ache but he nodes readying his pen to his pad
"G-go ahead," he encouraged

"Well.....where always being chased by these.....things, he never names them but we both know we can't get away from them and we hide inside this box, it's one of those small police boxes from the sixties,ya know?" She pauses to see if he knows what she's talking about and continues when he gives a small node that he dose as he listens and writes giving her his undivided attention "It's huge on the inside though with all these levers and dials and one of the things shot at this blue and green mess of wires in the middle breaking it I guess so we can't get away, I start crying and he hugs him telling me we have to....." She struggles to remember the exact words "we have to hide and I get scared because it means I'll be alone I'm not sure why but I just know there will be a lot of pain and I'll be alone" she frowns a little thinking of it as he jots it down and she mutters through the rest blushing deeply as she hurries over the kiss giving it no more then a few words and ignoring his question of how it makes her feel until she comes to the end "a-and then he....." She trials off as her eyes begin to water though she hides it
"He what?" He asks softly
"He h-h-hooks himself up to this....this machine and he starts to scream in pain and I can-can't do anything t-to help him" a few tears slip down her cheeks and he has to restrain himself from scooping her up in a hug, simply handing her a tissue with a sympathetic smile. She took it with a soft sniffle and a node of thanks before perking up a bit,
"Oh, I finally got the best look at him I could, I drew what I remembered." She said as she opened the book on her lap, leafing through the pages until she found what she wanted though she did hold it up for the man across from her to see as the color drained from her skin,
"What's wrong? Id love to see," he announced with a cheery smile assuming she was just a shy artist,
"U-u-um, b-b-b-best not t-t-to!" She stuttered as she looked down at an almost a perfect picture of Dr.Smith on her page, same deep eyes over a long slender and a tad crooked nose. The same wild untamable brown fire for hair burned atop her dream man's head as did the one only a few feet from her with a soft and miscivious grin gracing both their lips as reached out his long arm, snatching the book from her. He marveled in first shock.....then with and air of being impressed. This was good very good, but why was she dreaming of him? Just above her signature in the bottom right conner sat the name of the drawing a simple
"The Doctor" in neat hand writing with a star by it. Her cheeks flushed red with embarrassment as she stood, managing to retrieve the book, "I-I really should be g-going, j-jack will start to w-worry, g-goodbye doctor s-smith," she said as she scurried out of the room leaving behind the picture in her haste.
"Wait!" He sprung up and chases after her but it was a fruitless cause, she was already in the elevator heading down.
