Claire's P.O.V. (7 years later)

"Where do I put it?"

"Next to the sink will be fine, sweetie, thank you." I say with a smile.

"Can I help with anything else?"

"Not right now, but you can go get in your outfit that we picked out earlier." I say.

"The fancy one?" He asks.

"Yes, the one that will match your sister's."

"But I don't want to match her!" He whines as he softly stomps his left foot.

"It'll only be for a little while. Can you do it for me?" I ask.

"Okay," he says as he gives in. He's always been a momma's boy.

"Go get dressed so we can be ready by the time Daddy gets home." I say.

He smiles and runs upstairs to change. Today is Braden's surprise birthday party, and we still have a lot to do.

"Peyton!" I yell from downstairs so that she can hear me upstairs.

"Yeah?"

"Can you watch your brother for me while I set more stuff up?" I ask.

"Why can't he watch himself?"

"Because he's four!" I yell.

"Okay, fine."

"Thank you!" I yell.

I am now going to clear up what just happened as well as major events that have happened in the past seven years...

Braden and I have a seven year old daughter named Peyton, and a four year old son named Chase.

Peyton was obviously our first child, and I got pregnant with Chase when I was 22. I am now 26 years old, and Braden turns 27 today. It's his birthday and I have planned a surprise birthday party for him.

Oh! And something else! Braden and I got married 5 years ago. It was beautiful. He proposed in the park where we had our first official date, and that's also where we got married. Peyton was 2 at the time, and she was the flower girl. It was a small ceremony, just close friends and family. I then got pregnant with Chase a year after that.

I didn't know how Braden and I would be able to handle Peyton, but we were able to do it well enough that we wanted another kid. And I love my family more than anything.

"Mom! Why do I match Chase?" Peyton asks.

"Because it's cute if you guys match!"

"Um, okay." She says.

I hear their feet come thundering down the stairs. They come in to the kitchen wearing their matching light blue and green outfits. Chase is wearing khaki pants with a blue and green plaid shirt, and Peyton is wearing the same pattern on a dress.

Chase is Braden's clone. They have the same skin tone and hair color. Luckily, both kids have his piercing blue eyes. Peyton, on the other hand, is my clone. Her hair is a little darker than mine, but otherwise, she looks exactly like me.
