I had only three weeks left in the X Factor house and in London. I wanted to make the most of it. So I put on my happy face and tried to enjoy those last couple weeks. The daily dance coaching was fun and never dull. Even if some of the guys couldn’t improve their dancing. To tell the truth we did a lot of fun stuff during dance class. Dancing wasn’t always a part of it.

It was Thursday and I couldn’t wait for Friday and the weekend to come. I made plans to spend a fun weekend with Kat. I decided to head early to bed on Friday night because I wanted to pick up Kat early on Saturday morning.

I was walking upstairs when I bumped into Liam and Niall.

“Guys, where are you going?” I asked while they were walking past me.

“Out. Partying.” Harry shouted behind us, rushing down the stairs.

“Oh, nice. Have fun.” I was almost at my door.

“Wanna come with us?” I heard Niall say. I contemplated for a bit. I’d love to go out with them, but I needed to get up early tomorrow.

“Where’s Zayn?” I looked around. Harry and Liam were already in the car. Niall was standing downstairs, waiting for me to reply.

“Louis is trying to convince him to come along.” Niall shrugged. “Zayn can be stubborn.”

Hmmm, maybe I could get him to join the rest. I’d come along if he was coming along too.

I knocked on his door. Louis opened the door and I stormed past him.

“Hey party pooper, get your pretty ass up. We’re leaving in 15 minutes and you won’t be staying here. Louis, make sure he changes and gets ready to go. I’m in my room changing as well.”

I exited the room and saw a confused Niall standing there, arms wide open, his lips forming a “What?”

“15 minutes. Zayn is getting ready and I’m getting ready too. Go and tell the guys, but don’t leave without us.” I said while running down the hall to get to my room.

“I wanna see that! 15 minutes? Pah!” he screamed after me.

You’re on, I thought. I had no game plan in my head. I just grabbed a short black dress and quickly pulled it over my head. Next I found some neon green heels under my bed. Okay, I thought, the ground work is laid. Now on to accessories. I was looking for something sparkly and flashy. Ten minutes later I was ready dressed. I put my hair back in a sleek ponytail and applied some mascara and hot red lipstick. I looked at my phone. I was on time. I put my phone and my ID in my clutch bag, spritzed some Armani Code on my wrists and headed out.

At the same time Zayn exited his room, looking more than handsome. Oh, stop it Aly. He looked over at me and I had to smile.

“You look great!” He said winking.

“Yeah, amazing considering that she only had 15 minutes.” I heard Niall say.

“We should go, before the rest leaves without us.” I smiled and walked down the stairs. Slowly, mind you, I didn’t want to fall down on my face in front of the boys.

“Zayn, when are you going to tell Aly you fell in love with her?” Louis was always exaggerating.

“Don’t be silly Louis, you know he never will.” Harry said while looking through Zayn’s recent drawings. Harry liked to tease him. Zayn thought it was his way of encouraging him.

“There are no new drawings of Aly in there Harry.” He finally said. “And I won’t tell her I’m in love with her because I’m not. I just like her, that’s all.”
