I walked into the house behind my dad. "What do you want. You clearly said you didn't want anything to do with me when I left". "You may think I'm a monster, but I'm not". You actually lost all my love for you when I was 15. You have never loved me. So why do you think I should listen to you" I ranted, tears streaming down my face. "You don't have to rant at me. I know I was never there. I know I was a terrible father. I loved your mother, but she didn't love me back. She didn't commit suicide. She left us. You left for school one day and she packed up her things and left us. That's why we left the country. To get away from her". "If you loved her, then why did we have to leave. You could have reconciled with each other instead of running away. Say what you want, but I can't live with a man who leaves a country because his wife wants him back and who beats his only child. One who looked up to him when she needed him most. Don't even bother trying to find the wedding, because your not invited" I ranted, running out of the house. I ran into my home and shut the door, more and more tears sliding down my face. "Shelby, you ok sweetheart" Sean asked from the kitchen. "Why did my life have to be ruined. My dad hated me, my mom left. I had no friends. I can't do it anymore" I yelled. He ran in and stood in front of me. "Your life isn't ruined. You have me, you have a Youtube community that loves you. All of our collab friends love you. So don't think for a second that your life isn't worth it. Because it is. I love you so much. This ring wouldn't be on your finger if I didn't". He pulled me close and hugged me, not letting go.
