'I thought I lost you'

Raph's POV
          The door swings open and a Doctor comes through.  "You need to come with me," he says to us, "it's your brother his heart stopped and we got him back, but we have to take him to surgery."
           I stood there in shock.
          'No, no, no, no NO!!!'
          Me and my brothers run with the Doctor back to Leo's room. Once we got there, they were already rushing him out the room to the OR. I stood there, frozen, as Leo was pushed passed me. I watched the one I love's lifeless body being carried away.
          "Sir....SIR!"  I snapped back into reality.  "What?"  "As I was saying, the reason your brother's heart stopped was that he had a major internal bleed from where he was shot. The blood was trying to clot, making him have a clot build in his heart. We are trying everything we can to save him, but with something like this....not many people survive.."  "WELL LEO IS NOT MANY PEOPLE....HE IS BETTER THAN THAT!! HE HAS TO MAKE IT!! H-He has too..."  I fall on my knees and cry.

Donnie's POV
          I listened to what had happened to Leo and watched Raph fall to his knees. Mikey then started to cry, so I comforted him. My lover. I couldn't imagine what Raph was going through right now. I understand as a brother, but nothing more. I don't know what I would do if that was Mikey....

6 hours into surgery-

Raph's POV
          It's been 6 hours.....and no word. Mikey and Donnie have been here comforting me. We called Master Splinter a couple of hours ago to let him know what happened.
           We were all in this little room....quiet. No one talked for those 6 hours. The door swung open breaking the silence and I jumped up. It was the Doctor.  "Okay I have good news...and I have bad news..."  "Just fucking tell me!"  "Okay...good news is, we saved your brother...bad news is, he is awake and VERY pissed."  I smirked.  'That's my Fearless'
          The Doctor showed me Leo's new room. I walked in and saw him giving this nurse a hard time.  "Now, now Leonardo...stop being like me and giving everyone a hard time."  He looked at me and smiled. I went over to him and gave him a big hug.  "I thought I lost you..." I whispered.  "I'm sorry Raphie."  "Hey...it's not your fault..."  I kissed him.
          Mikey walks in and clears his throat.  "Sorry to disturb you two lovebirds, but I would like to see my bro."  I break me and Leo's kiss and rolled my eyes making Leo laugh.  "Come on in, you guys."  Donnie and Mikey come in and stand on the other side of the bed.  "How are you feeling?"  "I actually feel a lot better."
          "Good," Bishop said walking into the room, "once you completely heal, you can join your brothers in my tests...or as your brothers call it 'training'."
          "And what might this training be?"  "Sensei!," we all call out.  "Hello, my sons. I tried to make it here as fast as I could. Leonardo, how are you feeling?"  "Better Sensei, thank you."  He smiles and nods his head.  "Now as for this training..?" He turns and looks at Bishop.  "Ah, yes. This 'training' will help your sons physically and mentally to help me and my men defeat the Shredder."  "And my sons, you think this is a good idea?"  We all nod our heads.  "Very well, but I will tell you when Leonardo is ready to train."  Bishop nods.  "Yes. Of course." 
          Bishop and the other Doctors leave the room.  "Donatello?"  "Yes Sensei?"  "May you and your bother leave me to Leonardo and Raphael?"  Donnie smirks.  "Sure thing Master Splinter."  They both leave, leaving me and Leo alone with him.  "Sensei I...," Leo starts but Master Splinter cuts him off.  "No need to explain. I wanted you both to prove to me that you both will protect each other, along with your family if you were together....and you two have proved enough to me. I am sorry this had happened to you Leonardo. I did not mean for this to go this far and I am truly sorry. I will give the both of you my blessing to be together."  I looked at Leo and smiled, then back to Sensei.  "Thank you father."  He nods, gives us both hugs, then leaves the room.
          "So, oh Fearless Leader...would you care to be my boyfriend?"  Leo smirked and rolled his eyes.  "Only if you do one thing."  "And what might that be..?"  "Kiss me."  I kiss him then smiled. For the rest of the night, I laid with him holding him tight as he slept.
       "I love you my Fearless Leader."
