Got to keep it a secret!

Raph's POV
'Man why is this happening...', I thought getting up from my hammock. 'They will hate me. I know it!' I went over to my punching bag and start hitting it. "They will think I'm disgusting and..." I was cut off when I heard a knock at the door.
"Raph, it's me Leo. Can I come in?" 'Great' I thought, 'the last person I want to see right now' "Yea...sure", I huffed and plopped back down on my hammock.
Leo stepped into the room then closed the door softly. He stayed at the door for a minute looking at me, then made his way over to me.
"Raph, what's wrong?", Leo asked in a calm, soft voice. "Nothing's wrong Leo." "There has to be something wrong. Why were you mad at Mikey?" I looked down at my hands, avoiding his eyes. "I don't know Leo," I sighed, "I didn't mean to get mad at him. I was just trying to clear my head and he just wouldn't shut up."
"What was bothering you?", Leo asked crouching down next to me. "What are you talking about Leo?" "Why were you trying to clear your head?" I looked at him then back down at my hands. "Raph, I'm your brother. You can tell me anything."
'I can't tell him! I just can't!'
"Raph!" I looked over at him. "Please tell me."
"I'm sorry Leo....There's just some things I can't tell you."
