"What are you doing here?"

*Nionnien's POV*

I chased the demigod who told us they were spying right out of the door, and down the ladder, shrieking at him the whole way.

“You foul, disgusting creature! I-“

An old centaur stepped in between the two of us. I recognized him instantly. Chiron!

“Excuse me Chiron, but could you please step out of the way so I can murder that fool?” I said sweetly.

Chiron shook his head, and wordlessly lead me into another room. There was a long, wooden table, several chairs surrounding it. I claimed one.

“Would you like something to drink, um…” Chiron asked.

“It’s Nionnien. Do you have any apple juice?” I responded.

“I’ll get you some then, Nionnien.”

The demigod boy I had been chasing earlier peered into the room. I locked eyes with him, and grinned demonically. He quickly made his getaway.

The rest of my group finally descended the ladder, and joined me at the table. Nico, on the other hand, glanced into the room, and quietly slipped away.

Chiron returned to the room, and handed me the apple juice. He examined all the newcomers, and sighed. “Would any of you like-“

A loud horn interrupted him.

“Two intruders in one day? Now, this is highly unusual.” Chiron muttered to himself.

We waited in silence for a few moments, and then two people stepped into the room. I gasped in shock, and spilled apple juice all over myself.

*Paris's POV*

Cade walked in, followed by a huge group of demigods, and Nionnien’s apple juice tumbled from the table and landed in her lap. I was so confused. What is Cade doing here? Isn’t he wanted by the government? And even though Nionnien said that he isn’t a murderer, I still have my doubts.

And his clothing! He was wearing a grey cape with white clothing underneath it. Where on earth does someone find an outfit like that? A Halloween store, perhaps? There was a girl next to him, dressed in the same outfit. Both Cade and the girl looked very similar.

"I'm Hermione Granger, and this is my twin, Cade." The girl announced.

Well that explains why Cade and that girl named Hermione look so similar. Wait... Wasn't Hermione Granger a character in Harry Potter? I’m not sure. I never read or watched it, even though Cade rambled on about it everyday back in another time.

Cade then proceeded to explain that all the villains of every single story were going to try to destroy the worlds, and that he needed Camp Halfblood’s help in this war.

Oh joy. The world’s end. By fictional characters? Huh? When did everything get so weird? But it does explain all the character look-a-likes we’ve been seeing, and even where we’re sitting right now.

Cade hadn't noticed us yet. If I could guess, I would say it’s because we’re in the very back of the room, and the front of the room is crowded with demigods, many of them people that would be distracting if you were a huge fan of the series.

He caught my eye, and froze. “What are they doing here?” He demanded.

“Oh, them? They just arrived, after escaping from a prison with Nico.” A girl (Annabeth?) replied.

Cade scanned us, and said. ”Where’s Matthias?”

We were all quiet for a few moments.

“They killed him.” I whispered.

Cade seemed to crumple inwardly, but after a quick glance from Hermione, he was able to pull himself together.

“Who… Who did it?” He asked.

“We’re not sure. He was wearing a a hooded robe. But Bellatrix was there.” Nionnien said.

Cade nodded, storing that information away in his head. Revenge, I bet.

Hermione bit her lip. “I guess you’ll all want to see this.”

“See what?” Angelyn asked, moving over to stand beside her.

Hermione grabbed a glass of water from the table, and whispered a few magic words over it.

I peered into the glass, watching as an image slowly formed, spreading like food coloring.

It was an image of our school, drying blood staining the pavement and windows. But the most horrifying thing were the words you’re next, arranged out of body parts.

I passed out.
