Sweet memories pt1

I drew the original to his little comic about 2 years ago, I'm just redrawing these as practice so it won't be too flashy. I'll give ya the story to the work...

Once a queen sent 2 knights on a mission, one returned alone. He explains the horrible peril him and his comrade went through, and that eventually one of them had to be left behind to their foe, even though returning knight had fought to stay in place of the only who did stay behind but was sent away anyways. The queen feels sorry for him and gifts him with a object of the lost knight's (You may recognize it from an earlier work of mine called 'Her roses were sweet' *wink wink, nudge nudge*)
