1. I usually start off with a basic skeleton for all my drawings, it tells me what position things should be in, and usually contains the action line making it easy for me to draw.

2. I separate the Wing into sections so I can tell which feathers go where.

3. I draw a rough sketch of the feathers before adding details and making things look more real by adding more feathers which is demonstrated in step 4

1. As stated earlier I start out with a skeleton. These wings are more of like hands in this case so I draw five fingers on it with the elbow having a point too.

2. I draw a rough outline on the fingers but not the web of the wing, I add that last

3. Finally I add detail to it. I refine the fingers and add the web membrane and add slight tears and fringes to their edges.

1. I follow the same steps as usual, skeleton first.

2. Instead of a full set of feathers I only add the first two rows, the membrane serves as the last.

3. I skipped the rough sketch and added a final version giving me more room to stretch out the wing.
