POV Sherlock
It was a small office, poor, not many clients, but it was well furnished. There were chairs and couches scattered about the room and a small skinny lady was sitting in one near the front. There was no private office or anything, you walked in and got to business.
John was still holding my hand and I felt like he was unsure whether to continue to hold my hand, or to let go. I glanced at him and, smiling weakly, squeezed his hand. He smiled back and I let out the breath I hadn't realized I was holding.
I made my way, with John, to go sit on one of the couches, Mycroft and Greg did the same. Since there were only two couches Molly and Jim had to sit in separate chairs, but they were within arms length. I looked at them repulsively but John noticed the look on my face and elbowed me. I rolled my eyes and focused on the lady, who was watching our behavior intently, probably because we had all come in at the same time.
Long brown hair that curves across her face. Blue eyes, but only because of her contacts, they are originally brown which suggests low self confidence. Her nails have been sloppily done, so she did them herself, which suggests she is to poor to have it done, or that she hates the idea of paying someone to do something she can do herself.
I was in mid thought when she began to speak, John slowly moved his hand back to his lap, but I stopped him and kept our hands together.
"I am Kelly Standford and today will be used as a "get-to-know-you" day. So you know my name, but I'm not sure I know your's." She stated, signalling the beginning of the session. "So how about we go around the room and tell each other our names." She the gestured to John to begin, but I cut in.
"I don't believe that's necessary, you see we all know each other." I began, "This is my boyfriend and co-worker John Watson, that is Mycroft Holmes, basically your British government and my brother, that is DI Gregory Lestrade with whom I solve cases for, that man is Jim Moriarty who has tried to kill most of in this room, the girl he's currently shagging is my even longer time co-worker Molly Hooper." During this portion I gestured to the people as I talked about them, and when I reached Jim the hatred in my voice was so intense that I could feel John get goose bumps. Watching her face was utterly fascinating, and slightly amusing, but I continued. "I am Sherlock Holmes, consulting detective, and we are all here because our respective partners think we need counseling, now I'd like to ask you Miss Standford, are you going to accept the marriage proposal or turn the poor bastard down? I suggest refusing since we both know he cheated." A smile spread across my lips as I watched my words sink in, mixed in with some surprise at my deduction of the proposal. John was staring at me with disapproval, I knew we were hear to have our problems fixed but I couldn't help it, it's not like I can just turn it off!
Miss Standford didn't speak for several minutes, which was understandable. She was in shock, I looked around the room briefly, dang! No blankets! When she finally regained her composure she smiled, but it was a fake smile.
"Mr Holmes, of course I knew exactly who all of you were before you entered the office. I was testing how you would respond to me acting indifferent to you. I have to admit the part about the cheating and proposal was pretty good, and under different circumstances I would inquire to know how you know. But we both know your here for different reasons. Now shall we begin again? Starting with Dr. Watson please say your name, how you met your partner and why your here. Take as long as you like."

POV John
My heart was racing, why did I have to go first? Oh, well.
"My name is John Hamish Watson and I was an army doctor in Afghanistan. I was sent back because of a trauma and was looking to share a flat when an old friend approached me and brought me to Sherlock. I got to know him and have worked numerous cases with him, in all of which he has proved how brilliant he is. Moriarty here threatened to kill me and others if Sherlock didn't..." I choked as tears came into my eyes. Sherlock squeezed my hand reassuringly and I smiled faintly as I continued. "...jump off a building. So without my knowledge he and Molly staged his death and I thought he was dead. He came back though and that's when I realized, and admitted I loved him. He said he felt the same and we've been dating ever since, but he still get's on my nerves and after a fight I left. I met up with Greg and Molly at a diner, coincidentally. While we were there we talked about what had been happening and a waitress suggested counseling. We each brought up the idea and here we are." I finished but Kelly was still writing down some notes.
"Alright, now Sherlock."

POV Sherlock
"My name is Sherlock Holmes and I am a consulting detective. I had told a colleague about wanting to have a flatmate, and later that day he brought John. I quickly deduced him and he thought it-"
"Brilliant." whispered John as he smiled at the memory.
"Yes, brilliant. We became fast friends and as he said worked many cases together. While being fooled into thinking Mrs. Hudson, our landlady, was hurt John told me that friends protect people. He meant that he was my friend and could protect me, but instead I tried to protect him, so Molly and I devised a plan to help me jump and remain alive. We didn't tell John but I went and tracked down all the assassins, before I went home. When I came home John had fallen in love with me and over all the days of tracking them down I thought of the one reason I did it, for John. We became a "couple" but like he said still had little quarrels. I only agreed to come here because of John." and with that I finished she was also done writing. I thought about deducing her some more, but John had placed his head on my shoulder, this produced a hard stare from Kelly, which I returned even harder.
"Greg." She said flatly, still staring at me.

POV Greg
"I am Gregory Lestrade and I am a detective inspector at Scotland Yard. I met Mycroft when he came with Sherlock to the Yard. Sherlock had just returned from the grave so his brother came with him. I never knew he had any family so I was intrigued. He asked me out to coffee and I agreed, not thinking anything of it. At the diner we got to know each other and we discussed many things. I asked Myc what he did as a job and he told me he was basically the British government. As we discussed this topic he confessed to telling Jim about Sherlock. He started to tear up and suggested we leave. He had a car waiting and asked where he should drop me off. We got in together and remained silent. I told him that Sherlock would forgive him and he started to tear up again. I forgot that I barely knew him and just wrapped him up in a hug. He cried for some time, but when he was done he thanked me and... kissed me. One thing led to another and we were dating. Then on the same day John and Sherlock had their fight Myc got a text saying they had a fight and that John might want to stay over. I asked what Sherlock had done and Myc got mad that I just assumed it was his fault. We fought and I left, with a surprised John. I came back later with the idea of counselling to find him drinking in the kitchen. He made me promise not to leave, and so far I've kept up to my word." I finished talking and my face was bright red. I was extremely nervous but having Myc next to me was a great comfort.
"Mycroft."
