Riley POV
I was in my room crying By my bay window. I can't believe I hurt Lucas so much. But he hurt me to. I all of a sudden heard someone knocking on my window. I lifted my head from my knees and saw Lucas. I wiped my eyes and opened my window. "What's wrong?" Lucas says climbing in my room. I turned away from him. "Nothing" I said.
He sat down next to me. "Look I know we're broken up but that doesn't mean I don't care about you." He said.
I don't know what came over me but I threw my arms around Lucas and just stayed like that. he stiffened at first but then relaxed. "Uh well I should get going." Lucas said letting go, but I pulled him in tighter so he couldn't.
"No don't go, just stay here please." I said softly, hugging him. "Ok princess, here why don't we lay on your bed instead of the floor." he said chuckling.
I nodded. He picked me up and laid me on my bed. He kissed my head and started making a bed on the floor. "What are you doing?"
"Making a bed so I can sleep." He said like it was so obvious.
"Y-you can sleep on my bed if you'd like." I said my face turning red.
"You sure?" He asks.
"Y-yeah" I reply.
He came over to my side of the bed. Slipped off his pants so he was left with just boxers. And it felt like old times when we used to date, honestly I still am deeply in love with him, but I know he would never feel the same way. I was so deep in thought I didn't even realize Lucas was already asleep with his arms wrapped tightly around me.
"I still love you" I whisper to him, and then fall asleep myself.
