Broken_Skies is the one of the people that inspired me to create this story. Her story Not Alone is like one of the favorites. Catie your stories are amazing and I like to say Keep Calm and Carry on girl....You are amazing XD

Since Wanda Maximoff is one my favorite female characters in the age of ultron besides my favorite male which is Pietro

(When he died I was like saying: NO NO NO NO NOOOOO in my head a bunch of times. WHYYY)

And since there's hardly any stories on her on here. I decided why not. So I hope you enjoy this story and heres the first chapter XD

Its been exactly two years since I joined the avengers after they saved my life. When I was 4 I was kidnapped by this group called Hydra along with my sister Cora. Cora died from the experiments she was subjected to. I survived them making have these powers over the elements and I can fly like Thor when ever I wished to. When one of the bases I was in was attacked a man named Steve Rodgers aka Captain America found me in my cell. I was brought into the Avengers Tower in New York where I was asked to join the group. Which I accepted.

This is the new me

My name is Astrid...I'm an Avenger

The cold sensation of snow was through my warm boots as I ran through the snowy parts of the forest. My hair was out and curly...freely opened to the outside word as it swayed from side to side. Blue flashes of light was flying in all directions. I was dodging them from left to right before I caught up with the source of the firing. Quick as a snake I raised my hands in a quick motion causing window to flow through my body like an electric current. The wind flew out of the right hand and into the male soldier of Hydra before he flew backwards in a flash, dropping his weapon in the process. As he was 'knocked out' from the crossfire I can hear Tony's voice through my earpiece

"Shit!"

I rolled my eyes slightly before I looked at one of the Hydra tanks with a glare before I raised my hands in the air. Heat erupted through my body before my hand burst out filled with fire. With one attack yell I threw the fire ball at the tank causing the tank to explode...Flames soon taking its place. I can feel a small smirk form on my lips

"One point for me" I whispered

"Language" Steve said through the piece making me giggle flying as I kicked one hydra solider in the face "Jarvis, what's the view from upstairs?"

"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield. Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken." Jarvis said through the ear piece. I let out a small grunt as I punched two soldiers in the face before kicking one that was running behind me.

"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it." Thor said.

"From my own thinking from my times here, the shield is never used unless something important was being used. Must be what were looking for if the shield is up" I said with honesty in my tone of voice. I smirked before I raised my hands as the soldiers neared the frozen lake. The frozen ice beneath them melted turning it into water causing the soldiers to fall into the frozen lake. I let out a breath before the lake froze once more quickly...Trapping them...

"At long last..." Thor mumbled

"At long last is lasting a little long, boys." Natasha said. Natasha was like a protective sister over me. Once we told our stories to one another and opened up. We grew close. She was like another sister to me and we kept out emotions with each other.

"Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise." Clint said

"Ya think?" I asked as I flew up into the air dodging three bullets "I thought the fighting and tanks gave that away already"

"Wait a second. No one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said 'language?'" Tony asked as I let out a small giggle.

"I know, it just slipped out" Steve groaned

"Yea it just did" I said rolling my eyes slightly as I punched a soldier in the face before walking away . I walked towards the building and for a second a saw a blue blur go past me like a road runner.

"We have an enhanced in the field." Steve warned

"Yea, I notice" I said while rolling my eyes.

"Drawbridge is down, people." Tony said as I walked through the entrance.

"Already inside" I said

My eyes sparkled with the flame as I walked through the halls. I felt the air move through the halls. This place hasn't changed at all...I walked through the halls and up the stairs.

"We have a second enhanced. Female. Do not engage." Steve ordered

"Understood" I said as I reached the main part of the building and walked through a secret door. As I reached the end of the hall I saw a female using her powers on Stark. My eyes glowed green as vines grew and grabbed her hands stopping her from her task. She looked down in shock before she turned to look at me. Her eyes went wide along with me. I was guessing she was looking at my features. I was doing the same thing.

Her brown hair was long, curly and alive. A black dress was underneath her leather black jacket and it was up to her knees. Her gold necklace was shiny and it was rested just above the beginning of her breasts. Black boots firmed and onto the ground. Her eyes staring into my own...filled with curiosity and wonder. I found myself blushing slightly. Before we could either speak a word a blue flash went past me, knocking me down in the process. The blue quickly grabbed the female before disappearing along with her. I let out a small groan before standing up. I walked up to Tony before I tapped his shoulder.

"Tony? Tony?" I asked worried as he snapped out his daze. Slowly he looked at me "You alright?"

"Yea...Im fine Astrid. Dont worry" he said with a smile. I nodded before I looked at the scepter.

"Lets bring that home shall we?"
