They're pretty much the most popular boy band in the world. And no, I'm not exaggerating. They have millions and millions of fans, with their fan base existing on an impressive, worldwide scale. Let's not forget the tons of merchandise - from albums to hoodies to little keychains. Every song they make is immediately considered "a hit."
But not all teenage girls are fans of One Direction. I sure wasn't.
Let me introduce myself. I'm Olivia-- Olivia Thomas.
I hated One Direction; anytime one of their songs would come on Pandora, I would groan in disgust and be quick to skip it. Now let me tell you about one of my best friends, Piper Collins. We've known each other for as long as I can remember. Piper and I first met when I moved in next door to her at age 3. We've been friends ever since. Piper is crazy about One Direction. I hated them. I have no idea how're we're such good friends.
