Walking to the pear was very pleasant. I twirled around as I walked leaving circles in the sand as the white waves washed it away soon after. The more I walked the more I got the urge to sing. I thought why not.

" Call me crazy but what the heck".

I started singing which turned in to more of humming and dancing kind thing. I slowly stopped from getting dizzy and a strange feeling fell over me, I tried to play it off. I lied to my self as if I did not feel it.

I was on the ground and my vision was spinning. I couldn't help but laugh at my self as I tried to get up

" Ha wow I feel bad for any one that saw that"

" It was pretty good is you ask me"

I stopped right in my tracks. I knew now what I was feeling.

I waited a couple more seconds as my vision came clear. I looked up to find the owner. He was knelling down right in front of me but still towering above of me. "OH MY GOSH" was all that ran throw my mind.

" Ha need a hand my dear?"

he said with a pleasing smile. My thoughts must shown all over my face by the way he was smiling. Something was familiar about that voice but what?

ok just stay calm, ahhh I am stronger than this. I gathered my self and toke his hand and he helped me up well it was more like he pulled me up I did non of the work

" Hi there, hum thanks. I am Nell by the way ..."

I hesitated for a minuet but the decided to finish

"and you are?"

he smirked and them spoke

" oh sorry about that, guess a guy shouldn't sneak up on a cute girl with out giving his name should he?"

as he talked he put one hand be hind his head as his smirk grew bigger. Then his attention turned back on to me

" I am Matix nice to meet you Nell"

he held out his hand and I shook it firmly I had to show him I could handle self

"Are you going to the pear? If you are would you mind if I walked with you?"

He said turning his head to the side slightly. I thought it over, was it worth the risk maybe he would lead the way to Logan he did act like him and the explanation of this feeling that was slowly killing me in side.

"Umm, I am ok with that but I am not much of a talker and I walk kind of slow. Ha so I hope you aren't in a hurry!"

He smiled flashing me his amazing white teeth and spoke with a hint of amusement be hind it.

" It sounds great, but I have to ask are you really not that much a talker? "

As he spoke I felt my lips turn in to a smile. I don't know what it is about this boy but he made me feel so comfortable as if we had been best friends for eternity.

" Yes really!?!"

I said playing back some of that amusement .

" Well then I bet you I will have you talking before we even reach the pear."

Some thing in his voice made me won't to stand up to the challenge. I put my hands on my hips and turned my head and hip to the right so I looked a little cocky.

" You, Matix are on. Good luck you are going to need it"

When I finished I stated walking leaving him with his eyebrow up and a chuckle.

I was only about three feet in front of him when he ran up beside me.

"Well then.. so I guess as of now you are not talking to me?"

I only made eye contact I was not going to fall for that. He chuckled.

" Ok then it looks like I am doing all talk. Lets see my name is Matix........."

He went on talking but I was not lessening at all I was to busy studying my new found opponent.

He had spiky red brownish hair. He seemed to have no gel or any thing in it . I seamed as if it just grew like that. His eyes were extremely gold with a red brown tent to them, that from far way they seamed almost a charcoal color. Strange. He had a cute crooked smile. That fit his unnaturally white teeth and I meant WHITE. Like wow!! His body was like a suffers tan but the body that was way more fit. All I could think was" Who is this guy ?" I was strange how he showed up out of the blue. I thought no one was on the beach with me. Could I have been wrong?
