Max held me close to his body, telling not to say a word.

I watched in horror.

I knew I was not the one in harm but I felt like I was being threatened.

The man in front of us standing out of the crowd I guessed was Logan's father.

His voice was deep.

“Son I must know, when were planing to tell your own father and your people the great news?”

My head shot from the Man to his son.

Logan looked like he was unfazed by what had just gone down.

“Well father, I wonted to train and be ready to protect my people from that scum Death!!!”

I drew in a breath.

I shot Logan a Glare.

“Well Son I would have to say you have proven your self. First you take on life, then single handily find Fire, and that human..” he let out a chuckle “She truly thinks she can save him. She things you care.”

There it was again that rage that I could never stop.

I pulled with my unknown strength away from Max and stepped forward to the man and his cloaked men.

The voice that spoke was not my own.

Well not complacently.

“What Do You Mean Thhhhhhhink?”

The man laugh with the others.

I could hear Max hiss me a No as Logan made his way to his fathers side.

“Do you really think you could take us on?

We are stronger.

and we have the world's on our side.”

I stood my Ground as to of the watchers toke Max by the arms pulling him away from me back to the crowd.

The old me would have ran after him and balled my eyes out, but I was not all me.

My Ice locked with is Blood red glow.

“How could you? He was your friend! I was your friend!”

His eyes looked pleading to my word, but they turned to cold when my glare hardened.

The words I herd cut me harder than they should have.

“You know what you don't me! You don't Know what any thing that is happening! Your just a little girl who got in my way! But Thanks to you Max is now Fire! He was fine until YOU came along!!!”

I looked at him wide eyed as he let out a laugh and when on.

“You know though? Playing with you emotions, rising them and the watching them crash right now. Do you Believe every word you hear?”

I toke a step back.

“YOU!!! HOW COULD YOU!!!”

I felt lost as Max tried to get away.

They slowly pulled up back in to a what I guessed was a portal. I herd him scream my name making me fall to my knees, staining my face with tears as a women stepped through the portal smiling at me.

She was hanging all over him pulling him trod the portal. Still his eyes never left mine, but he did not fight her off

I watched as the others turned to leave.

My mind keep repeating the words Logan had told me once before.

“LOGAN!!”

Him and the last few turned before stepping through.

“What?”

I stood facing the man I now had no idea who he was? I felt D come over me and I let him.

“Logan let me worn you and your dad and herr. There is more to me than meets the eye! When are paths cross again we will no longer be on the same side. If you even think about touching Max, you wont have to go looking for Death, He knows where to find you! Good Bye Logan form the old me!”

They looked at me with a gasp.

I turned and ran as fast as I could down the beach until I could no longer feel or see them.

My eyes flooded from the tears. I knew what I had to do and I was going to do it. It may not be my time, but it was our time.

“D?!?”

“Yes?”

He pause when I made eye contact with his now visible body?

“Oh I see. Are you sure?”

I closed my eyes and toke a deep breath, nodding.

“Just end it please!”

He gave me a painful sad look, but nodded.

A single line played in my head as everything went black.
