We got up to Riley and Joanna faster than I had hopped I prepared for them to fuss at me for being late, but instead I was tackled in a hug.

“Um Riley can you get off of me?” I tried to pull the squealing girl off. Really why did she have to be one of those girls? I felt like one of those famous people as I hit the ground.

“Joanna. Help?” She just shook her head at me. “No way you were late.”

“Oh Peachy. Thank you passafist! ” Riley sat up on my stomach staring down at me with a smirk. Great she thinks I like him. This night is just going to get better and better ain’t it? There was no way she was getting off of me until I spilled everything and trust me she did this in the middle of Walmart to me twice. I mean come on the girl had no such thing as an embarrassed emotion. She would walk through the school yard in her underwear and not think another thing about it.

I was doing my best to push her off when I felt my self being pulled out from under her by my hood. Matix pulled my to stand next to him.

“Sorry you two. I asked her to walk with me.”

Joanna giggled when Riley winked at me. “Oh it is not problem right Joanna?””Oh yes it is perfectly fine with me Riley.” I wonted to kill them both right now. Then Riley opened her big mouth.

“Why don't you join us for dinner?” Matix eyed me out of the corner of his eye and trust me I was doing the same to him. I know I was putting off and evil presents around me. If he even thought about it. He gulped load enough for me to hear. I smirked folding my arms.

“Sorry. I can't. I was suppose to met my friend.” Both there faces dropped. Riley put a loss strand of her hair be hind her ear. She looked mad as all get out. I knew what was going through her head. Riley was crazy, but very protective. She thought he was playing me. Her look could have killed him if it could. It even throw me off a bit. If only she knew we were playing her.

“ Oh. Your Girl Friend?” Matix's eyes went wide waving his hands in front of his face.

“No! No! My best friend. Its a he! I promos its a he!” I busted out laughing. He looked scared for his life. Tears were coming to my eyes as I held on to him so I did not fall to the floor laughing. With in seconds of Riley's mean look it left. Being replaced with a very pleased one.

“Oh in that case he can come to. Come on me and Joanna will get a table for five. YOU ALL BETTER BE THERE!” She pulled Joanna's arm leading her down the end of the pear to the restaurant. Both me and Matix just stood there wide eyed. Great! I was going to diner with a control freak, a passafist, the guy who severely burned my arm, and some random dud. Maybe he will be some nut job and we can leave early. I looked at Matix who was texting. I knew better than to ask who. I knew who. The nut job. He slide his phone in his pocket. He looked down at me smirking.

“What are you smirking at.” I said cocky. His smirk only grew bigger.

“You are still holding on to me.” My eyes went wide when I looked down to see he was right. My hands were tightly around his built right arm. I unlatched my hands turning away from him. Why was I blushing? Pull it together Nell you need answers from him nothing else. He let out a small chuckle throwing his arm around my shoulder pulling me forward. I just let him. I did not need people being nosy looking at a girl and guy argue. Differently when the girl was wearing the guys jacket. People just loved good break ups.

*Joanna's prov.*

I loved this restaurant. It was placed at the very end of the pear. Everything was so new and out side surrounded by water. There was a dance floor in the middle of the area. Tables were placed all around the edge near the railing. On every table there were candles. They lit up the place perfectly with the different colored lanterns.

We had all been sitting here for ten minutes. Riley had picked the table beside a table with a group of hot guys. She was like a human barbie, but less the stock up snob thing. I was reading a book I had download, but I could not help but glance up at the other silent two people at our table. The new guy Matix just sat there occasional running his hand throw his hair. From here his eyes looked black. Something of a charcoal color. His eyes never left the flame in the small candle in the table. I could see the flame dance in his eyes. It was like looking in to a black screen and only seeing a endless flame.

Nell sat next to Matix at the rail. Nell in one word would be Peace. Even through the worst things her body seemed at peace. I wonder if her mind was the same? I may be the passives of the group, but she was content were ever she went. Not shy like me, but not over confident like Riley. I looked back at her after reading a page or I think I read a page of this book? What was it about again? She still had on his jacket. For to who are talking, they don't do that much. She had her hand on her other arm just holing it there. Every now and then she would flinch, but when I would give her a concerning look she would only smile an ok if her eye ever colt mine. Her head was resting on the rail looking out over the black ocean. She had a look on her face like out there was the answer to her life.

I watched her for a little long her. All of a sudden her sleepy eyes went wide snapping her head to the dance floor. I followed her gaze and stopped where her eyes locked. I felt my self out of breath. Huffing out.

“Wow!!”
