I just looked out in to the darkness over the ocean. It was silent, but not as silent as this table. Every now and then my arm would burn sending shock waves over my whole body. This was perfect! This thing was really starting to hurt. I wonted to check it so bad to see how bad it had gotten, but I knew I couldn't. Even if I went to the bathroom I knew one of them would follow me. I just held it close with my other hand.

I could see Joanna staring at me and Matix. I knew she was worried about me, but I just gave her a smile. She seemed to take it, but not believe it. I just returned to my dark peaceful get away as soft dark green eyes looked at me.

I was lot in thought. So many things where running throughout my head. “What is happening to me? Demetri was real all that time. I had cried when I was little when my mom and dad told me he was fake and I should stop being so childish.

 I missed my shoulder to cry on. Andrew when I turn twenty-one going to find you and no one can stop me.

A random stranger on the beach had become my companion over a burn.

I was being watched all the time form watchers in the shadows.

I was attached to a man I had never seen and who called him self a demon.

Where had he gone?” I toke in a deep breath of ocean air. “Logan?” as soon as the thought was aware to me a wave of pure excitement went throw me. He was back! My eyes went wide. He was close very close. He was come strait for the table and he was pissed.

My head shout to the dance floor and I froze. I could hear Joanna whisper out a wow. Oh trust me wow did not even cover what I saw.

It tall man was walking our way. He had on blue jeans and a tight gray t shirt. Hey I was not complaining at all. The boy had it going on. I could see a faint out line of a very drool worthy six pack! He was not even flexing and his arms where showing off there unbelievable strength. Almost Jet black hair rested on the top of his head. Messy but perfect. My eyes locked with blood. His eye's were glowing red like fresh blood. He was looking right at me. Then and there blood was locked with ice. I was seeing him for the first time, but this was not the first of our meetings.

Riley and Joanna's mouths were wide open. Matix on the other hand looked on edge. The mystery hotty made his way up to our table. I had never seen Riley with a loss of words around a guy, but there is a first time for everything right? He did not even look at the others. His eyes still rested with mine. His eyes slowly made his way down eyes the jacket I had wrapped around me. He eyes moved to my arm I was holding. His eyes went wide and then flashed to Matix.

“I should kill you for that.” His voice was stern and warning. Matix stood up facing him.

“Oh ya where were you when what ever that was came Logan?” that? Wait Demetri? Just him calling Demetri "That" and it made me mad. He had a name! Joanna and Riley sat there watching them, we all knew better than to interrupt a guys fight. It just makes things worse.

Logan sounded like his breath was knocked out of him. He sounded Alarmed.

“Something came?” Matix nodded

“That's why it happened. It showed up, it was stronger than any thing i ever felt and it just happened. I had no control over it.” I thought Logan would have calmed, but he got madder grabbing Matix but the color of his shirt pulling in as a threat. His words came out as a hiss.

“I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM HER! IF YOU HAD OF JUST LEFT HER ALONE AND GONE HOME THEN THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TO HER!!”

Joanna and Riley snapped there heads my way in alarm, but I was to deep in this conversation to answer there questions.

“WELL YOU KNOW WHAT LOGAN I COULD NOT HELP IT! BESIDES SHE IS WEAK AND YOU KNOW THAT! WE KNOW IT WOULD KILL HER BEFORE....before..”He stopped, looking in to my wide eyes as my phone went off. I looked down seeing it was from dad. I rarely here from my mom and dad when they working. Yep that's right my mom and dad worked for the government, but on what they could not tell me. All I knew is it toke them all around the world and they could get a called in at any time. I looked up seeing everyone with a questionable look on there face on whether or not I was going to answer. They nodded for me to.

“Dad?” I could here my mom panicking in the back ground.

“Sweetie where are you?”

“Umm dad I am at the pear with some friends why? Is everything ok?”

“NO! NELL GET OUT OF THERE NOW!! THERE ARE SOME VERY BAD PEOPLE ON THAT PEAR GET YOUR FRIENDS OUT OF THERE NOW!!! GO TO THE BEACH JUST GET OFF AND HURRY SWEETIE WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME!!”

I hung up and jumped out of my set.

“We have to go now!”

Joanna and Riley jumped up to. They knew that my dad worked for the government. So if he call while at work it was bad.

“Lets go!”

Logan and Matix look confused but ran after us down the pear and on to the beach. Truth was I was scared to death. First I find out something would kill me and second people who the government where after were on that same pear as us. There was a third, but it was an unclear feeling, but stronger than the rest. I just keep running down the beach trying to get the pear out of site with the others close be hind.
