Isn't tonight(9/27/2015) the eclipse? I'm pretty sure the whole world will see it, so I updated this chapter to ensure that the eclipse in the book is updated on the same day the eclipse in real life happens. See where I'm getting at?
Alright, a while back I told you to get your tissues ready. Now really DO IT! There will be a few sad parts in this chappy and the next one as well! ALSO, the last chapter of this book and epilogue will be sad as well! Enjoy...

The sound of metal clashing, the smell of blood and sweat, a battle arising to its climax. I stare down at the battle in search of the rulers of Hell. Wolves run into battle as well. Sebastian did come. My heart leaps in Joy, then drops when I hear a whimper. I know it isn't Sebastian, but he is going to protect his pack.

"Bring me down there," I say to my familiar. She grabs my left and whilst I take my sword from its sheath. She flies, then once she gets close to the ground I swing my blade down at the demon on top of a wolf. Then she drops me a good distance away. I roll, and a small demon runs up to me yelling and his weapon is raised over his head. I hit it with the butt of my sword, the demon collapses unconscious. I stand up, battle cries ring through the air once again. My ears drown everything out, the bodies of some students lay on the ground. Their clothes are bloody, and so is their skin. I look up at the demons that have surrounded me, they remind me a lot of goblins. Short, fat, with small wings and several more limbs than a usual demon. Grins line their features.

"Your friends will all die," one's raspy voice catches my attention. None of them get another chance to do anything, before their bodies fold in on themselves and their blood litters the grass. A scream of agony sounds nearby, I dart to the area. A large, powerful, demon is pushing a Marked(demon symbols not Latin) into the chest of a boy on the ground. The demon looks down at the boy with hungry eyes. My blade comes down on the demon, it folds in on itself like all of the demons do once they're dead. I stand over the boy, he looks up at me sadly.

"Tha-," he manages to get out.

"Don't speak, it'll only hurt more." He tries to get a gulp of air. I know that if I take the blade out, he'll bleed to death which will give him even more pain. So I don't tamper with the boy, I only stand there to ensure that no one bothers his slowly dying state. His lips move and a lone tear leaves my eye at his words.

Boy's P.O.V

One moment a horrifying demon is standing over me and pinning me to the ground with his large sword. I let out strangled cries every time he pushes the blade in deeper. His grin widens at the sound every time as well. Then the next moment the girl that gave the speech a month ago is standing there watching me. At first I only saw her silhouette, then I saw her beautifully angelic face.

"Tha-," is all I can get out before air eludes to enter my punctured lungs.

"Don't speak, it'll only hurt more," her sweet voice fills my ears. If only Sebastian hadn't followed her around like a lost puppy, I could've been happy with her. I know she doesn't know that I am the boy that sat next to her in Ms.Cross' class. I liked her as soon as I saw her. I try to grasp as much air as I can. Black dots line my vision, as a sad look crosses through her determined expression. I choose my next words wisely,

"I wanted to do more. Lillian, I have loved you from-," I take in one more gulp of air, "from the first moment I saw you." I watch as a lone tear trickles down her cheek. Then the sounds of battle cries, the smell of blood, and sight leave me.
Rest in peace my son, a soft voice fills my dark mind.

Lillian

The boy's eyes slowly close. His chest stops rising and falling, he lays still. A sad ending for the boy, whom I never knew the name of. I know now that he's the same boy that sat next to me in one of my classes. He looks at peace compared to the chaos around his body.

"I will avenge you," I whisper to his corpse. I walk deeper into the crowd of combat and demons.

"I will put a stop to all of this bloodshed," I mumble to myself.

NOOOO!*sobs*
That boy died knowing that Lillian didn't remember him... How sad, at least he saw her one last time.
:'(
OMG!!!!!!!!!! It's so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now he'll rest in piece at least, and he died heroically. That's positive, right?
Right?!!
No, that doesn't help.

See you in the next chappy!! Luv u all!!
