"A love song?" Shawn asked as Hayes nodded. Shawn raised his eyebrow and started to mess with his crutches and sighed.
"Why a love song?" Shawn asked as Hayes sighed and rubbed his face.
"I don't want Emma to hate me, so I need a love song. Besides I see this in movies and books and it always works." Hayes said as he smirked and Shawn rolled his eyes.
"Hayes this isn't a movie or a book, it's real life. And in real life things like that doesn't happened. Maybe in Disney life but in real world nope. Not at all." Shawn said as Hayes looked at him.
"It worked for you and Jessie." Hayes said as Shawn rolled his eyes.
"Okay fine let me rephase this, some couples get together by songs. But you and Emma, not so much." Shawn said as he crossed his arms. Hayes raised his eyebrow and shook his head.
"Then what will work?" Hayes asked as Nash walked in and grabbed some chips.
"Do it at the football game this Friday." Nash said as Shawn nodded.
"Huh?" Hayes asked.
"Let her have the winning pass on Friday." Shawn said as Hayes made an 'o' with his lips. He nodded and saw it was time to couch Emma more, but Hayes had a deep feeling that Emma might not show. Hayes left Shawn and Nash to hang out while Hayes rode his bike to the school football yard.
"Greggy please don't do this to me!?" Emma yelled as she tried to get her brother down from the counter top. Greggy was eating peanut butter and dancing on the counter top shirtless, showing his pasty body.
"I'm sexy and I know it!" Greggy sang as he eat some more penut butter with his hand. Emma sighed and tried to grabbed his waist but he laughed and jumped down.
"Catch me if you can!" Greggy yelled as he ran out the house.
"Greggy!" Emma yelled as she ran after him. She looked around their yard and saw a peanut butter jar and Emma sighed. She ran out back trying to find Greggy, but she couldn't find him. Emma groaned and felt someone jump on her back, but Emma screamed as peanut butter was on her favorite shirt.
"Go horsey go!" Greggy yelled on the top of his lungs. Emma groaned and tried to get Greggy off her back but he wouldn't budge.
"Greggy please I'm gonna be late!" Emma yelled as Greggy sighed and jumped off. He stormed into the house and Emma sighed and walked in. She saw Greggy locked himself in his bedroom playing his kid music top volume.
Emma sighed and took off her messy shirt and threw it in their basket of dirty clothes and slipped on her blue shirt and a pair of black gym shorts. She placed her hair in a messy french braid and went out and knocked on Greggy's door.
"Greggy, Ava is gonna be over in five minutes please don't burn the house down." Emma said through the door knowing Greggy was gonna be against the door. Emma walked out and saw Ava and Jack pulled up. Emma gave them a smile and jogged to the football field.
As she reached the field she saw Hayes throwing the footballs over to the field goals and only missing one. Hayes couldn't kick the ball but he was best at throwing it. Emma watched some more and saw Hayes couldn't throw with his left hand but better at his right hand.
"You should pratice more with your left hand!" Emma yelled making Hayes to stop throwing. He looked over as Emma jogged over and Hayes rolled his eyes.
"I'm right handed." Hayes said as Emma rolled he eyes.
"Well if you pratice to throw with your left hand then you wouldn't have any problems." Emma said as she placed her hand on her hip. Hayes sighed and an idea clicked in his head and he turned over towards Emma.
"How about you become one of the starters this Friday?" Hayes asked as Emma raised her eyebrow.
"Homecoming week?" Emma asked as Hayes nodded.
"Yup." Hayes said as Emma jumped in place and hugged Hayes as Hayes fell back some but hugged back Emma.
"Thank you so much!" Emma yelled.
