you need to show me the best coffee shop" Luke says putting his bag on the ground. "oh I know a place!" I say looking at the blonde no who is taking my heart away. We end up walking to class just us. "Luke, hey after school gets out do you want to go get coffee?" I say blushing. I cover my face with sweater paws.

Lukes POV

I look at Carmen who is being so cute right now. I look at the sweet brown haired girl who I just met this morning. She is already stealing my heart with out even trying.

"Luke,hey after school gets put do you want to go get coffee?" I hear her say before she covers her face with her sweater paws. I turn toward her and find my hands going up to hers and uncover her face. Awe she's blushing. I look at her greenish hazel eyes that look so innocent. "Carmen of coarse ill go get coffee with you" I say smiling. She nods and turns her head away. "ugh I'm blushing" she says recovering her face. "did I do it?" I say looking down at the tile floor. We take a few steps and then she replies "we are at the social studies door" Carmen says looking up at me with no longer pink cheeks. We walk into the room and she leads the way.

I go up to the teachers desk and tell them that I'm new. She says just go sit with someone who I choose. Obviously I pick Carmen. I walk up to her seat and take the seat behind her. Once the teacher starts class I blank out.

Does Carmen like me? She didn't answer my question. I mean we have only met today but. I like her a lot already.

I walk out of my last class and go to my locker. I put my books and my pencil case into my black bag. Which oddly looks like Michaels a lot. Suddenly I feel small arms wrap around my waist. I turn my head to see Carmen letting go. I wish she didn't to be honest. "you scared me!" I say looking at her. "yes! My mission worked!" She chants. I close my locker door and look at Carmen who has a cute backpack hanging on one shoulder.

"Here it is, Angie's cafe" Carmen says as we walk towards the door. We take a look at the specials and decide which to get. I pick out my drink and look at Carmen who is already ready. I dig out my wallet and look at Carmen who has a 10 and a 5 in her hand. "no Luke I'm paying for this, I asked if you wanted to go out with me!" Carmen says looking at me. "go out?" I say confused. Carmen starts blushing again. "well.. I mean like go out to get coffee not a date" she mumbles. I wish it was. So she doesn't like me?.

"one Carmel and chocolate twist coffee" Carmen says smiling. I add my order "um. I'll have the marshmallow and gram cracker coffee" I say putting my money in the counter before Carmen thinks about putting it down. She glares at me. I shrug it off and take our seats. I pull out Carmens chair and sit in mine. "Luke I told you I was paying" she says shaking her head. "see since I asked you out I should pay" Carmen says fixing her skirt. "so is this a date or not?" I say sternly. Only to get cut off my the waitress putting down our coffees.

I look at Carmen who has creme on her upper lip. "Carmen uh you have creme" I say giggling. She keeps trying. I finally take my sleeve and whip her lip with it. We both giggle quietly. She's perfect. "Luke! Shit. Its 3:00!" I almost choke on my coffee. "I was supposed to meet up with Niall,Michael, and Liam tonight" she says putting her drink down. "We should go" I say wishing I had more time to hang out with her. I help her out of her chair and leave the coffee shop.

I look at the girl who is crushing my heart, I know we only met today but I can't help it. "ill walk you home" I say biting my lip with the chilly autumn sit hitting my face and whipping carmens hair everywhere.

We keep walking for about 20 minutes until we reach someone house. "Carmen the brown house is where I live!" I say giggling. "Wait you live next to Niall!" She says smiling. "I do?" I say awkwardy. Carmen knocks on the door. Niall opens it. "oh Luke" he hisses. Carmen comes closer to me and hugs me and goes inside. "bye Carmen" I say rolling my eyes to Niall.

Niall slams the door in my face as I try to give Carmen her bag. I knock again and I think Michael opens it. "Uh I have her bag" I say. I hand it to him and he says thanks and I go over to my house next door.

I open the door and see my pretty much brothers sitting on the couch playing Xbox. Calum spins around and looks at me. "Someone has a girlfriend!" He teases. I jump on the couch and land next to him. "Ohhhh!!" Ashton taunts. I roll my eyes and grab a controller.
