Dakota's POV

Today is Saturday.

which means, my date with Louis.

i guess you could say i was excited?

i really didn't know what i was to be honest. all i could do was hope for the best.

i was going over to Caroline's house. she was gonna help me get ready. i  didn't even ask her help, she just said yesterday at work "come over to my house, i'll give you a makeover and let you borrow some clothes."

i was confused as to why she wanted to help. but then i was gratefull cause i don't have alot of clothes.

i was driving to Caroline's house. i was already showered. i wonder what she was going to do to me? she always wears makeup. she does it pretty good so i wasn't to nervouse anymore after thinking about that thought. then what kind of clothes would she let me borrow?  i guess it didn't matter. i was just afraid that she would give me a fancy dress and we would do something like go to the movies. or give me jeans and a t-shirt and we go to a fancy dinner.

'Ok Dakota just stop worrying it will all be alright.' i thought to myself.

wait? worrying? i was worrying? ok i guess i did like this guy. but i was nervous , i mean c'mon he's a famous, rich popstar. why would he chose some average girl, who works in starbucks, and has a crappy apartment, over a gorgeous model, singer, dancer, actress, anything.

maybe i should feel lucky? he did chose me over all those things, right.

"Hey girl!" i hear.

i realize i'm now at Caroline's house.

"Oh hey!" i say.

"What's wrong?"

"nothing, why?"

"it's just you look sorta down." she says.

i just ignore the comment and walk in. she had a nice house. she lived here with her boyfriend. it was a big house. it had a leather couch. shampain colored drapes. and candles.

"ok so first things first- Makeup!" she says holding up her VS makeup kit.

"great." i say sarcasticlly.

she puts on some tan eyeshadow with black eyeliner, covergirl mascara and cherry lip gloss.

it looked really good.

then she takes out her curling iron. i don't know why she needs a curling iron, cause my hair is already curly.

"why do you need that?" i motion to the curling iron.

"just to give your hair a bit more life." she says.

"life?"

"like, make it more full and pretty."

"oh thanks." i say sarcasticlly.

"what i'm just saying your going out with a guy. and your hair is already pretty-"

"it's fine i get it." i say

...

When she finishes i look down at my phone to realize i have a text message.

'Pick you up at 7' the phone read.

i still didn't have him down as a contact.

'Ok see you then.'

i realize its already 4:30 by the time she finishes my hair.

"Caroline, what are you gonna have me wear?" i ask.
