The Unexpected Love

Chapter 6

Darren's POV

I went to Kate's house yesterday. I have met her parents Tito Carlos and Tita Liezel and I also have met her elder sister Kurtline. They all welcomed me a lot.

Kate and I have so much time bonding together. She guided me and toured me around their house where it was so clean and organize.

I saw their mini library that one of Kate's and her sister's favorite place. She said that they love reading books. She even let me borrow some of her books.

In her room we do many things like watching movies, playing around like a child, eating some chips and there's also kilig moments that I would never forget.

And it's the time when I'm trying to swipe the crumps of chips on her face.

I think she thought that I would kiss her but she don't even know that I really love to.

I really fell inlove with her.

Her shining eyes and her big smile with kissable lips that always caught my attention. She's really beautiful.

I'm so lucky to know her. And i wish she feel the same even though that she is one of my fans. And I don't treat her as a fan, I treat her as a crush/friend now.

All that moments were suddenly gone when Mom called and wanted me to go home. It was a really great time spending the whole day with her.

Anyway, I heard footsteps approaching my room.

"Hey Darren!" I heard a low tone of voice. It was JK

"Hey Bro! Sup!?" I said.

"Duh! It's basketball day! How would you forget that!"

Basketball is one of our favorite hobbies.

First of all, it was like an exercise and it help us to develope our skills and especially our respiration cause you know, we sing a lot.

Every Saturday we go in a covered court to play along with our other friends.

"Ah! I'm sorry bro! Okay! I'll just change my clothes. Wait for me downstairs."

"Okay Bro!"

*fist bump*

I rapidly changed my clothes with my jersey with shades on my eyes, a cap and my favorite jacket. I'm wearing it for a while so that no one can notice me. Jk also wear the same.

I put on my rubber shoes and I'm ready to go.

After that, I went downstairs and I saw Jk with Lynelle who was waiting for me in the couch. We said our good byes and then suddenly...

"Kuya wait!" Lynelle shouted.

"Why Lynelle?" I asked.

"Can I come? Please please Kuya!" Lynelle begged.

"Sige na Darren isama mo na yang kapatid mo." Mom said.

"Sige na nga! Kiss mo muna si Kuya sa cheecks." I said.

Lynelle gestured me to get lower so I did. She gave me plenty of kisses. How sweet!

"Sige na! Sige na! Halika na nga! Alis na tayo."

"Bye Mom! Bye Dad!" Lynelle kissed Mom and Dad on the cheecks. She's just so lovely!

"Bye sweetie! Don't get any trouble!" Mom said.

"We won't!" I said.

"Bye po Tita Nel and Tito Don!" Jk said.

We ride on my van. The covered court is not far away from our place so it take a few minutes to arrived.
