Chapter 3
Once were out of the school building, I hear a lock of a car disabling and I'm placed into the passenger of what I'm guessing is Riley's car. Once his in the driver's seat, he started reviving the engine, speeding out of the school territory.
"Where the hell are you taking me? If you haven't noticed I've got school to go to, so turn back the bloody car or let me out." I obliged.
"Your mine, my mate, you're supposed to be with me. If it takes me to lock you in my bedroom to keep you from leaving then so be it, I just got you I'm not losing you or letting anyone take you from me." He eyes drifted off the road to me for a quick second.
I came to this town thinking I could start off new on my own, no drama. But right now I'm truly thinking if moving out was actually a good decision of mine. What now? What am I suppose to do now if I run he'll just come finding me, if I stay then I break the promise. Either way I'll just find myself back with him. Right now there's no point me fighting this.
Looking out the window trees pass by in a second replaced with another. We soon turn onto a dirt road which is only surrounded by green forest trees. Soon enough a 5 story mansion came into view, hundreds of windows dominating the house without a curtain in sight which provides privacy, everything's just bare.
"This is the pack house?" I questioned in astonishment.
"Yeah, it's bigger than other pack houses our pack is the biggest in the western hemisphere, even though some pack members live other places on the territory most live here and in the other smaller pack houses, and other places in Virginia as we own all the land on Virginia." Riley stated proudly.
"Our?"
"Yes, our. You're my mate, the Luna to The Midnight Warrior Pack. What is yours is mine." A smile placed itself on my lips his words having so much meaning towards me.
Jumping out of his Range Rover, I followed Riley towards the entrance of the pack house. Stepping into the foyer of the house, titanic like stair at the opening of the house, a gigantic living room to my right which could hold up to 500 hundred people, you'd think I would be exaggerating but trust me that's how big the room is. An enormous, spacious kitchen to my left with marble counter tops, an island sat in the middle of the kitchen, with cardboards and a fridge and a stove. Awestruck by the appearance of the house and how big the entrance of the house is leaving me wondering about how the rest of the house would look like.
"Come on, I'll give you a tour of the house later. First we need to get down to business." I snapped out of my thoughts.
"What do you mean, 'getting down to business? There's nothing for me to explain to you." I spoke while walking in tow behind him to the back of the house.
Walking into an office, Riley walked up behind his desk taking a seat, gesturing for me to sit opposite his desk in the leather office chair.
"So, we can do it the easy way or the hard way, either way I'm going to get it out of you so rather just tell me now and we'll see what happens from there."
Minutes passed with me debating whenever I should come out straight with the truth or stall for however long I can keep up with it. Knowing that there's no point in stalling,
