Aphmau's pov
I was holding Liona and she was sleeping. I smiled at her face and it reminded me of when Levin was a baby. I sat under an oak tree and saw Dante patrolling. He saw me and walked over to me.
"Lady Aphmau, have you had any word of Garroth and Laurence' disappearance?"No I haven't." He saw that I started to look sad and he said "Lady Aphmau what if we send Raven out to find Garroth?"
It sounded like a good idea but Raven was gone too. "Dante, the idea sounds awesome but.....Raven is gone too." He sighed and left to go back to patrol. The sun started to set and I brought Liona back inside the barn.
I snuck up the ladder and saw Kiki was still sleeping so I put Liona in her crib and left the barn. I returned to my house and went to bed.
Garroth's pov
I sat on the ground and Laurence looked upset. I looked down and I could remember Aphmau's happy face, her sad, her mad, and confused. I missed all those expressions and I regretted leaving.
I wanted Aphmau to be safe but I also wanted to be selfish and take Aphmau for myself. I loved Aphmau but didn't want to see her hurt. It was cold but not enough to make me freeze.
"Aphmau......" I whispered her name and It felt like my heart was being stabbed.(Well it almost was) I wondered if I should go back to Phoenix Drop but how mad would she be? I felt like before I didn't care if she liked me or not......but now.......I do.
I got up and opened the door just a crack. The snow calmed down but it was still very snowy. I saw the moon had rose and I grew tired. I laid down and slept with one eye open of course.
Laurence' pov
"He thinks this is fine?!" I was screaming and yelling in my mind but it didn't make me feel better. "Why Garroth?, Why?" I asked myself but got no answer. I started to shiver so I made a fire.
I was scared Garroth would never go back. He couldn't just abandon his home...Aphmau
Even though how much it hurts I wanted Aphmau to be happy. She wanted to be with Garroth.
I was starting to get mad at Garroth because he abandoned Aphmau! I looked over to him but he was sleeping. I sighed and got closer to the fire I made. I laid down on the ground and slept.
