Legolas POV
"What???"
"Just until she's fully healed." Gandalf reassured
"And the baby?"
"Is fine. It will grow as normal. Although I do not think she will be in a coma long."
I nodded as I held her in my arms. My angels. My beautiful angels.
Three days later
She was still in a coma. She wasn't in her glory just yet, for she was still bruised. I placed a gentle kiss as a tear slipped. I pulled away. I needed food and fresh air.
Valdhiels POV
I woke up to the sun shining and the breeze blowing... Wait WHAT? I bolted upright and realized I was home in Mirkwood. I bolted out of bed and went straight to find Legolas.
"Your highness!" A servant called shocked that I would be out of bed.
"Where's Legolas?"
"In the throne room."
I fast walked since I knew the baby didn't need to go through anything else. The court gasped at my appearance as they asked me many questions
"I need to see my husband" I spoke and ran through.
"Legolas!" I called as I walked through. His head whipped around as he sank to his knees and began to cry.
"Valdhiel." He spoke so shocked. "You're here."
"I'm here." I got on my knees too and hugged him tightly.
"And the baby?""He's perfectly healthy." As his eyes widened.
"He?"
"Serena saw into the future when I was uh.." I thickly swallowed.
"It's over now." He spoke soothingly not letting go.
"You found me. " I whispered
He smiled and wiped my tears. "I promised you all those years ago that I would take care of you did I not?"
"Death cannot stop true love.. All it can do is delay it for a while." I smiled. (IM DYING I HAD TO PUT THAT IN THERE OKAY TRY AND CONTROL YOURSELF )
"Indeed," Legolas stood up. "Well. We have a baby boy to prepare for."
I smiled "indeed we do."
We walked out hand in hand for we would raise our son
