I was inside of my neighbor's house. I didn't know what had happened to them, but the house was dead silent. "Why is it so quiet here?" I asked myself. Suddenly, I heard a loud crash from upstairs, and feet scurrying. I quickly but silently made my way up the glossy wood stairs. As I got higher and higher up, I realized that there was a putrid smell. I could barely keep my balance as the scent got stronger. I was almost at the top when I saw what seemed to be blood seeping out of a room. That's when I lost it. I went to the side and threw up. I still had to see what was in that room though... So I burst in and found the most horrible sight I had ever seen.
