06- Ditching

"Psst Gi you going to that Christmas dance thing?" Michael asked knowing how much I actually hate dances. All the dresses.

"Michael it's in a few days," I stated. "And I'm still bummed out about yesterday," I said.

"That's it we are ditching today!" Michael shouted standing up. I am so grateful my parents aren't here.

"And don't forget I'm still grounded," I finished standing up to head my my wardrobe.

"But I'm all up for ditching," I said watching Michaels face lit up.

"Cool, Starbucks?" He asked trying not to laugh.

"Who the fuck do you think I am Clifford the big red dog, it's mc Donald's all day everyday," I stated heading out the door. Michael rolled his eyes but soon followed quite fast.

Mc Donald's my second home as sad as that sounds. But their breakfast. It's yum.

"Maccys breakfast?" Michael asks me. I nodded before he walks of to buy it. I sighed and pulled my phone out.

"Hey Gi," a voice said. I looked up and saw Ashley, Halseys friend staring at me with a bottle of Coke.

"Oh hi Ashley," I mumbled not pleased with seeing her here.

"How's Calum?" She said sitting opposite me. I rolled my eyes.

"Same as last time you asked. Which was yesterday," I said looking to see if Michael was coming. He wasn't.

"Does he like me?" She asked staring at me. I tilted my head to the side but shook my head no.

"He has his eye on another girl that isn't you," I told her not missing the disappointment that flashed through her eyes.

"Oh that's cool, anyway you going to the dance in a few days?" I nodded.

"As much as I don't want to. I want to go and have fun with my friends," I said before Michael walked over.

"Here's your food," Michael said passing me my food and turning towards Ashley.

"Oh hi Ash," Michael said. She blushed abit and looks down.

"Hey Mikey," I fake gagged and Michael noticed.

"You ok Gi?" He asked. I nodded and stood up and grabbed my bag.

"Come on Michael we are meeting your girlfriend Halsey at the mall," I mumbled making sure I said girlfriend louder.

"Oh ok bye Mikey bye Gigi," Ashley said before walking off looking down.

"What was that Gi?" Michael sighed as we walked out to head to the mall.

"She was flirting and to make it worse her best friend is your girlfriend. That's breaking the girl code," I said as we walked into the mall. Turns out we weren't actually that far away from the mall.

"I wouldn't go out with her anyway," he laughed.

"She keep asking about Calum," I told him as I looked for Halsey.

"Tell her he's gay and always will be," he explained making everyone look at us.

"Doubt he would be happy, since you know he isn't," I said.
