Chapter 5

Jam's P.O.V.
After I woke up, naghanda na ako tapos pumunta sa tambayan naming apat.
After a few minutes..
Dumating na sila Bea at Ali, pero nasaan si Drake? Hayy.. Ewan ko ba dun sa lalaking yun! Palaging late.

"Ali nasaan si Drake?" I asked while she is looking for something in her bag.
"Ewan, hindi sya nagtext sa akin kanina eh" explain nya.
"Bea may idea ka ba?" Tanong naman ni Alicia kay Bea.
"Wala ehh, nasaan kaya yung Drake na yun?" Sabi naman nya while looking around.
"Hay nako ang tagal ni Drake. Kain muna tayo!" Aya ko naman.
"Ang takaw mo ha! Hahaha ok sige tara" sagot naman ni Ali. Oo nga ehh, ang takaw ko ngayon ewan ko kung bakit. Maybe I am just hungry pero imposible naman yun because kakakain ko lang.
After 30 minutes, the bell rang
"See ya later guys!" Sigaw ko habang naglalakad sa first class ko.

While I am in the class all I was thinking about is Drake and Ryo. I took my sketchpad out and draw them like I was the princess and they were the knights that saves me from danger. *sigh* I guess that is just a fantasy for me.
"Miss Perez" Teacher said.
"Yes Miss Salvador?" I asked while standing up.
"What is the square root of 400?" She asked. She thought I wasn't listening (it's true) but I know the answer.
"The square root of 400 is 20 Ms. Salvador." I answered.
"Ok then, you may sit down" she said.

After that scenario I continued my daydream about them.

Timeskip: Lunch!
Pumunta na ako sa tambayan namin at nakita sila. Ako nalang pala yung hinihintay.
"Hi Jam!" Bati sa akin ni Drake.
"Hey!" Sabi ko naman sa kanya at kumaway.
"So... Bakit ka ba late kanina?" Tanong ni Bea kay Drake. Tatanungin ko din sana sya kaso naunahan na ako ni Bea.
"Umm... Kasi- ano ehh. May inasikaso lang ako" sabi nya sabay ngiti. May kakaibang kilos ngayon si Drake, parang may tinatago sya.
"Ahh ok" sabi naman naming tatlo.

After that conversation we ate. We ate steak and salad with coffee. While I'm eating, I was on my laptop scrolling through Facebook. I saw a picture of the BLACK FAME having fun at the beach. Pinakita ko kay Alicia at tumawa. "Hahaha!! Tignan mo oh! Si Sav naka-two piece hindi naman bagay!" Tawa ni Ali sabay turo kay Savannah. Tinawanan din namin kasi to be honest hindi naman talaga bagay sa kanya kasi yung two piece nya pambata!

Pagkatapos namin kumain nagproceed na kami sa class at ang kasabay ko ay si Drake. Eto na yung tamang panahon para tanungin sya kung bakit sya ganun ka-late.

"Drake, bakit ka late kanina?" Tanong ko.
"Sinabi ko na kanina! May inasikaso lang ako." Explain nya. Pero alam naman nya na makulit ako kaya kinulit ko sya ng paulit-ulit. "Bakit nga!?" Pilit ko.
"Sasabihin ko nalang mamayang dismissal" sabi nya sabay takbo. "Huy! Bakit mo ko iniwan?" Sigaw ko.
Timeskip: DISMISSAL!!!!!!
Inunahan ako ni Drake umalis ng room kasi ang bagal ko daw kumilos. I went outside tapos hinanap yung tatlo. As I went to the covered court I saw balloons in my favorite color! Some are floating and some are at the ground. There are people at the bleachers area watching. "What is going on?" I said and was so confused. There are no events today at the school calendar and if there is, how can I miss it?! Oh well.

At the huge crowd I saw Bea and Ali that did NOT inform me that some event like this is going to happen. "Hey!" I shouted and caught their attention.
"Where's Drake?!" I added.
"Just sit there" They both said while pointing a purple chair. I sat down and wait until the crowd disappear. While the crowd is slowly faiding I saw Drake holding a bouquet and walking towards me. WAIT WHAT?! Drake holding a bouquet and walking towards me?! I slapped myself and everyone just laughed at me. I thought this is just a dream. I guess not.

"Flowers for you Jam." Binigay nya sa akin yung flowers tapos syempre tinanggap ko. Alangan magpakipot pa ako diba?

"Thanks, pero bakit mo ginagawa 'to?" Tanong ko. Alam ko naman kung bakit pero para sure hehehe.
"Hindi ba obvious? Nandito ako sa harapan mo para mangligaw" sabi nya. CONFIRMED! Hindi ko alam yung emotion ko ngayon. Paano yan? Anong sasagutin ko? Oh no.

"Umm... You maybe have to ask permission to tita first." Sinabi ko nalang kasi kung oo agad ako... Parang hindi lang sya ugali ng babae.
"Ok... Pero payag ka?" Tanong nya. Seryoso talaga yang taong yan ha!
"Ya, payag ako" sabay tango.

Drake's P.O.V.
Pumayag sya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need to keep calm.
"Really? Thanks!" I said in a really really calm voice. I gave the flowers to her and said that I like her. I don't know why but I found her really cute.

After that whole scene... I went to her tita's office and knocked at her door.

*Knock Knock*

"Come in" her tita said.

"Umm... Thanks po"

"Why are you here? Is there anything wrong?"

"None. I was asking about--" nahinto ang pagsasalita ko kasi inunahan na nya ako.

"Is this about sa panliligaw kay Jam? I know that she is a beautiful and lovely child, but okay... I am okay about you escorting Jam." She said.

"Thank you very much po." I said kasi super excited ako!! Excited ako na malaman ni Jam na pinayagan ako ni Tita.

YESSS!!!

Jam's P.O.V.

I was trying to call dad but it ended up into voice mail

"Hi Dad! How are you? I want to let you know that in a few days I will be staying here at the school. I hope you enjoy your day. Bye for now!"

Hayy... This day is so complicated!

First of all, we have a project that I need to finish in about 20 days; Second, I will be staying here at school in a few days because of the project; And finally, Drake likes me.
