Chapter 11: The Masked Man

I woke up as usual to the sweet scent of Zuko. Ever since that night he hasn't doubted a thing about me. I just hoped I don't end up pregnant.

When I looked around he wasn't there! No wonder I saw the baby being taken away! Where was he!

I got up and fixed my hair up in to my usual ponytail, I put on my firenation cloths over my sports bra and spandex.

I got out the room and saw Zuko tip-toeing in the hallway. He held a blue mask with a face on it made of metal and paper mache.

I stood at the door waiting. When he finally stood infront of me in the darkness I made a small flame and saw his face scared yet releved it was me.

"Where the hell were you?" I asked angry. I noticed it was morning about nine or eight.

"No where I was training" Zuko said as he tryed getting past me but I didn't let him.

"What the hell is this then?" I asked him as I grabed the mask and rembered almost everything.

"Zuko please don't sneak out at night anymore, please im begging you just understand it's the best I don't want you to get hurt" I said jumping in to his arms.

"How did you know? What do you mean get hurt?" Zuko asked.

"Zuko for the past week I wake up screaming from a nightmare and you're not there" I said crossing my arms.

"But I can't stop you, just promise to be careful" I said worried.

"Yea okay, I need some rest don't disturb me" Zuko said pushing me away from him. Something was bothering him but I figured I'd ask later.

I went to the upper deck finding Iroh up early in the morning sipping tea infront of a wooden table and a bowl of fruit along with a tea pot.

"Hello would you like to join me for a drink of tea or would you prefer you're usual?" Iroh asked.

"I think I'll stop drinking for a while, it's bad for my health, maybe some tea" I said sitting infront of him and grabing what looked like a peach.

I bit in to the tasty, sweet, fruity fruit. It tasted like a peach but was a bit orange like a orange.

"Ahh excselent choice" Iroh said serving me a cup of tea. I sipped on the hot steaming tea that tasted sweet, like a million little sugar cubes all over my mouth.

"Where is my newphew? he is late for his training with lutenet G" Iroh said.

I looked at the soilder. He was the one who spoke out to Zuko. He had real nerve to be doing that especially to someone so angry and impateint, he only seemed to control himself with me and Iroh.

"He's had a long night and he went to go sleep, he orderd that no one disturb him" I said.

"Well then well resume his training later" Iroh said.

"What about me? I could take his place besides I should resume my training" I suggested.

"That is a wonderful idea only that we wouldn't want to take any risks" Iroh said and saw him staring at my stomach.

"There are no risks to take, im perfectly fine, I have three elements and besides I've tooken out about three of his gaurds" I said a bit angry.

What did he mean by risks anways? Was it possible that he knew about me and Zuko?

No he couldn't have! The walls are made of metal and even if it was a small ship it was still like a small crusie ship.

"Well if you insist maybe you'd be more relaxed if you trained with a woman" Iroh suggested.
