A/N Holy crap I haven't written in a long time! Please enjoy this one-shot that is loooong overdue. This was requested by @gentle_snowflake. I decided to make this a continuation, or rather a prequel, to my America one-shot. Anywhos, without further adieu, enjoy! P.S., sorry for being gone so long! And I don't own the picture

You loved your sister.
You really did.
Which is why when America came to you and asked you to help him gain her affection, you blatantly refused. NO one needs that ball of energy and ego around.
It went a little something like this:
"Please (Y/N)! I don't know what to do!" America was at your door, or rather, England's door, and was currently begging for your assistance. You could have said yes, but you were finding too much enjoyment in seeing one of the most powerful countries in the world on his knees in front of you. And besides that, you weren't particularly fond of him either.
Perhaps Arthur was beginning to rub off on you.
"I'm sorry Alfred, but I just can't bring myself to do that." You leaned on the door frame and casually brought your porcelain cup of tea up to your lips, smirking.
Alfred was on his final resort, and glanced up at you with his puppy dog eyes that he had worked hard to perfect. "Please?"
You snorted. "Alfred, you know that doesn't work on me."
America fell back in frustration and shock before standing with a look of rejection on his face. "But it works on your sister," he mumbled.
"Just because we look the same doesn't mean that we're the same person, dumbass." You rolled your eyes at his ignorance.
Yes, you and your sister were identical twins, however no one had too hard of a time telling you apart, as though you looked the same, your personalities were strikingly different.
Unless you were Alfred F. Jones, of course.
You and your sister were twin personifications of the country (insert name here), and you were split up and sent to live with England and America respectively. At first it was rather hard, but both you and your sister had grown to like your new homes.
However, yours came with a special condition...
"Hey America." You were startled when a sudden voice sounded right next to you, and you turned to find Hong Kong staring at Alfred with his usual expressionless face. Alfred glanced at you before the ghost of a smirk crossed his face and he rushed towards the Asian country.
"Leon! Maybe you can help me, I need-"
"No." Hong Kong had heard enough of America's ideas to know never to get involved. He turned to walk away while you stifled a laugh, but Alfred was not about to give up.
"Fireworks!" This word made Leon stop dead in his tracks while you mentally scolded yourself for forgetting his love of the sparkly bombs.
"I need fireworks for my birthday, but (Y/N) over here is refusing to help me. I know you can get me some though, can't you?"
Leon's expression remained the same, but you saw a distinct twinkle in his eyes that made you sigh in defeat. No way was he going to back out now that fireworks were involved. After eyeing America for a moment, Leon gave a quick nod of his head, which sent Alfred over the moon while you sunk down the door frame in disappointment.
