"I was but just a Wendy,
And he was just but a man.
And maybe it was foolish of me,
To think of him as Peter Pan.He brought me to Neverland,
A land I've never been to before.
He showed me the magic I can see in stars,
But in his eyes, I saw it more.But maybe it wasn't so far-off,
To think of him as the boy who'll leave someday.
For the story still remains the same;
I'm still the girl by the window who's waiting to this day.I was his Wendy,
And he was my Peter Pan.
You can ask someone to stay with you,
But that doesn't mean they can."
