The Enhanced, H.Y.D.R.A's attempt to make super weapons. Similar to the serum or concept surrounding the Captain America (super solider program). Instead of enhancing the performance of the subject. H.Y.D.R.A intended to give subject super abilities. Super powers. H.Y.D.R.A had 100's of test subjects. Only 3 survived. Though files globally only tell of the 2 surviving experiments the third was taken by S.H.I.E.L.D and remains there.

The Enhanced Program, was said to be a gruelling experiment. Worse than that of the Red Room. Before given the 'Enhancement' subjects are put through rigorous tests to see if they are eligible of the 'Enhancement'.
In the beginning of the experiment subjects were taken. Subjects were usually orphans or enemies of H.Y.D.R.A's children. Only 2 subjects are known to have volunteered for the experiment.
